I would give an extra star to a team that Bill Howe Plumbing dispatched to my home in Paradise Hills. Team members Edgar and Raul were very professional and very knowledgeable in their craft. The work was neat and impressive. I have had 3 other companies, in the past to repair a slab leak in the same location. Technician Edgar, suggested that they bypass the affected line, being that this was the fourth leak. The re-route was complicated and difficult. I was amazed at how well that team worked, they made that job look simple with no damage to the interior of the home.. Bill Howe Plumbing is fortunate to have a team like Edgar and Raul I would recommend them for ANY plumbing issues..

They are honest and most importantly there to fix something - not trying up sell you on yearly service contracts that supposedly give you future discounts but on jacked up pricing - been there done that and my business will stay here. I always request Jason who is the BEST and one of the main reasons for using Bill Howe. Ask for Jason ! He is my go to man!

I had a pretty standard issue as far as plumbing goes, a leaky shower. Corey Koenen came by and fixed it with no hassle or fuss. He was courteous and treated my house as if it was his own. I would recommend him to anyone using Bill Howe.

This is an organization which is desperately in need of a public relations re do.
I needed a hot water heater quickly last week and live close to Dixieline who is a contractor for the company and selected a 40 gal WH that was scheduled for installation by Bill Howe for the next day between 9-12. They called at 11:51 A and said they were on their way. They arrived at 12:35 P. They instantly asked if I paid extra for a second floor install. I should have know then that this was not going to be easy. The current WH would not come out of the closet
so instead of offering a solution I said why don't you just take ""part"" of the door off and replace it when the install was done.NO you will have to pay me for that. I was already paying an tremendous amount of money by my standards for the install. The called Dixieline and who ever else and they waived the fee but only to take it apart. They spent an hour go to get the new WH which is less than 5 miles form my home round trip. The install was finally completed at 4:27P. So much for a 9-12 install. The helper( Rodrigo) on the job was totally useless and texting much of the time that he was there. The lead installer( Julio) was competent enough.
The bottom line was that I have hot water now and I know that BILL HOWE plumbing will never enter my home and I have already steered 2 people away from this horrid company.

We have been a loyal Bill Howe customer for quite some time now, so when choosing a company to install Air Conditioning in our home, it wasn't really a choice at all. The entire process was very easy and every technician along the way was professional, made sure we knew what to expect and took the time to answer any question we had. Angel Rodriguez and Christian (didn't get his last name) did the install and they were fantastic. They went out of their way to make sure my entire house stayed clean and made the whole thing look easy ( although I know they worked VERY hard). . I kept anticipating they were going to tell me that they had run into a problem, but thankfully that never happened. They had the entire system up and running in 2 days, the same timeline we were given in our estimate. Thank you Bill Howe for treating us so well.

Also, restoration (John) equally knowledgable in his expertise, was thorough and great at explaining situation at hand and options. Genuine people who care--considering what I was going through they made me feel like family. Not just 'another customer' or 'job'. Exceeded all my expectations, won't be going any where else for services. They exceeded my expectations in all areas! Love these guys!!

I work for Black Mountain Collision and I had a rep from Bill Howe come out to fix a minor leak in our toilet. I am glad I trusted my cousin Giovanny Martinez who works for the company because even though he was not the one that came out the rep that was sent by the name of Josh Troyer was quick and efficient in the work that he provided. I highly recommend Bill Howe and will continue to use them in the future

i am not having a very good week as far as plumbing issues with my home. What has made it easier to deal with is Bill Howe Plumbing's superior work and employees. Sunday night our kitchen sinks started backing up into each other. Called Tuesday morning, the repair happened about 4 hours later ( great response time and earlier than scheduled). Javier was pleasant, professional, had great customer service skills and had the sink fixed in no time. Thursday morning we discovered we had a leak at our water meter. Called Bill Howe and asked for a plumber on Friday morning to fix it. The water meter was running, so we knew the problem was on the our side of the meter.Louie is fantastic!!!! They called about 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment and diagnosed the problem right away. The water is flowing in my home again, thanks to Louie!

Every time I have called Bill Howe Plumbing they have offered superior, professional service. I have tried other plumbing companies, as well as heating and air conditioning and Bill Howe is by far the best.
