Giovanny Martinez is an excellent and honest plumber. Punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and fair. He was able to inform me of my plumbing issues and provide me with various options that best suited my urgent needs and budget. As for the overall company...Bill Howe I can say hires some great professional plumbing team members. Hopefully I won't need services in the near future but if i do, I'm calling Bill Howe and I'm asking for Giovanny Martinez!!!

I've used Bill Howe Plumbing on several occasions and have always been pleased with the results. At the end of the day, all I want is peace of mind knowing that the job was done correctly, and I get that from this company. Most recently, they replaced my water heater and water pressure regulator. These services were performed quickly, properly, and professionally. Many thanks to Pattric for explaining all my options, and especially for going above and beyond with the regulator. Yes, the technicians of Bill Howe Plumbing, Heating & Air do know HOWe. We selected the company after meeting with three other vendors . The final decision was boosted further by a close friend's personal recommendation of BH after their successful AC system installation just recently.
""Our"" salesman Steve was well informed, experienced and a good listener. Since our other quotes chose different size units for our mini split systems, we were somewhat hesitant to go ahead without getting more input. Steve came back to our home a second time with the lead manager, Sean, who validated all of Steve's input and addressed some questions that came up for us after our initial meeting.

Once we chose B.H. our job was scheduled for two business days later--they showed up on that day just as promised. We received a courtesy call on day 1 to say the crew was on their way. We were very impressed with the understated respectful demeanor of both Andris and Dalton towards us and our home. In fact, they felt like houseguests grateful to be at our home, more considerate than many we've actually had here!! Even when they interacted with each other it was with mutual respect. We thought and were told it would take 1.5 to 2 days. But with some structural challenges and tight spaces to negotiate they didn't finish until late on Day 3, leaving here well past 6PM. But not before they helped move our dresser (so we could clean behind it after drilling debris had fallen back there) , and not before they picked up any the smallest remnants of their presence in our driveway. And only after all mini ac units were ""go"" ....and we finally had air con in our hot hot hot upstairs.

As a final note, over the years of home ownership, dealing with contractors, suffering real nightmares several times, we're glad this went smoothly and are comfortable recommending the company. Go For It!!! SUSI & PETER

We had a water leak we called Bill Howe plumbing and restoration to get an estimate for repairs. The gentleman named Moses came to our house took pictures but no estimate was sent. I called left messages he didn't call me back. The third time I called he answered, He told me he will send an estimate in two days. It's been 20 days that I haven't got anything from him. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend them at all. They could have made a lot of money from this job.

Very reliable, responsive and fair. Facing a major repair bill for drainline replacement Bill Howe came in and showed me (with video) the affected areas under my house and provided a professional estimate to document the work needed and associated costs. In the end the work got done on time and was less than expected as they determined during the course of the work that a portion of the job was not needed. Additionally when I had a minor request to adjust something on the job site after the fact they were quick to assess the situation and offer to do it at no charge.

We just used Bill Howe for HVAC and couldn't be more thrilled with the results. Our technician Andris and installer Dalton were professional, courteous and stayed as long as it took to get the job done correctly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for home improvement whether it be heating, cooling or plumbing. You can tell they care about you, your home and the quality of their work. We are thrilled with our ""cool"" new house and would make the decision again in a heartbeat.

Tris (Tech # 566) has been out to our house several times. He is an excellent plumber, on time, courteous, professional, cleans up and is very helpful. Whenever we have an issue, we specifically request Tris. He has fixed our main water line that cracked and was leaking everywhere, changed out kitchen faucets, unclogged dishwasher drain tubes, hooked up our natural gas fireplace & BBQ and spent hours trying to match and replace broken master bath jacuzzi tub faucets for us. Thank you Tris! And thank you Bill Howe for having Tris on your team.

I am not happy with their service. I called them to fix a toilet back in March; the installer that came was not very professional and dirty uniforms that left my house smelly. He spent 1/2 hour and change a part that costs at the hardware store $12.00 and proceed to charge me $160.00. Outrageous!!!
Now the toilet is not working again and the worst part is that we do not even use that bathroom because that is in our guest bedroom. I am very unhappy with their service and they only deserve two stars perhaps one.
