I am thankful that Bill Howe reached out to me and tried to correct the misstep that happened. I am impressed that they do take customers feedback seriously and acted on it quickly! That they reviewed their process and looked at where they missed. It speaks volume of the kind of company they have - a company that strives to do better, to provide top notch service. All in all, that's why I hired I hired Bill Howe in the first place, because I want somebody reliable and provide quality work and the guys on the field were personable esp. Luis and Will.

We had Bill Howe come to give us an estimate for new water heater as ours was getting old (18 years). In addition we wanted information re: tankless water heater as we always have to rotate showers/using washing machine or dishwasher so that we don't run out of hot water. Edgar provided a complete estimate and scheduled an appointment within 5 days to replace our hot water heater and pump recirculator. He and his assistant showed up on time and returned the next business day to finalize a couple of details and then run through the care and upkeep of our system. We now have a marvelous system that provides all the hot water we need, and we can run showers, flush toilets, wash dishes and clothes all at the same time without any problem. I started having mysterious drain issues on Sunday night, with some sewage flooding two seemingly unconnected sinks. I was able to get Josh out first thing Monday morning. Before I was able to finish explaining what I thought the problem was, he was already on it. He had it resolved in under ten minutes. My family quickly went from worrying we would be making serious repairs to problem resolved in less than ten minutes. I've used Bill Howe once before and will continue to use them, they're 2 for 2 resolving my plumbing issues.

Chris who works at Bill Howe is a really trustworthy dude. Came out very fast and helped me when I was in a bind. Scheduled my appointment and was on time, finished the work in the time frame and kept it within the budget. I will 100% use Chris at Bill Howe in the future.

*On a side note: I had to get them approved to work in my complex, the HOA did not allow me to use any outside companies other than their approved vendors. I needed some legal info to get them approved and their customer service people gave me everything I needed very cheerfully. I successfully got them approved to work in my complex and I will be telling my neighbors to use them too!

We made the mistake of calling Bill howe plumbing we had an emergency and there was no hot water. They came out and installed a gas water heater costing $2350+ Luckily a few weeks later we had another maintenance worker fixing the landscaping and he had noticed The smell of gas. He took a better look and noticed that the water heater was leaking gas and was not propane, we Immediately called Bill howe plumbing they reluctantly came back out the owner was quite embarrassed but he replaced it. We are all grateful that there was not a huge fire that could have occurred, they were very unprofessional charging such a high amount knowing that it was an emergency and then using the wrong type of water heater?? What a terrible mistake we trust professionals
to know what they are doing what they did was truly unacceptable. I will not recommend them to anyone!!!! I would give them 0 stars if I could.

We came home from vacation to find a leak in our apartment. Unfortunately, this is not our first leak in this apartment, those were fixed by other plumbing companies...FINALLY the apartment manager called Bill Howe this time (Thank Goodness).
We had plumber VICTOR SANTANA, who was professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and patient. Victor was awesome!! He really took the time to communicate, and answer all questions we had. I really hope that Mr. Santana is appreciated for not only his work ethic, but as well as his customer service!! Thanks for being awesome Victor!!!!

I walked into my bathroom in the morning to soaking wet carpet that occurred overnight. I could not find a leak anywhere, the shower, tub, sinks, toilet were all dry. I called Bill Howe plumbing on a friend's recommendation and their responsiveness and service exceeded all my expectations. This is a nightmare for any homeowner but they were so responsive, professional, competent and reassuring that I felt relieved. Within a few hours Luis was here to detect a ""slab leak"" which he quickly determined was not the problem. He personally called John E. of the flood and restoration division who came immediately. He worked diligently for hours with moisture meters and listening devices and localized the leak behind the tile wall of the shower. This was bad news and would require removal of the tile shower. He recommended having my insurance adjuster see the damage before work started and he spoke with him on the phone explaining the problem. Then they began removing carpet, baseboards and starting the drying process. John called the Bill Howe

estimator Moises who also came right away to assess the damages. This is a full service company who works as a team to get the job done. I plan to use them for the restoration work as well. They are exceedingly competent, responsive, and professional. Would give them 10 stars!

We had a nagging gas odor that wasn't found immediately, and resulted in SDG+E locking off our meter after discovering the leak finally on my side of the meter. Bill Howe sent Rick out, and he decided immediately on a plan and put it in to action. He returned the next day with Louis, and they hammered out a gas line replacement in short order. These two technicians worked very well together, and got a lot done. I particularly enjoyed listening to their laughter as the work progressed. I have always thought a happy crew is an efficient crew. I recommend this company and these two men highly.

Very quick to respond and to unclog my sink, but a bit pricey. The guy was polite and so was the lady whom I spoke with on the phone. They got to me in half an hour. 4 star is for the price their charged. Other than that, I'll call them again if I need to.
