Terrible follow-up to their calls. Twice I have called this company for services and received an answering service. I gave them my need understanding I was calling after hours. I was assured I would be contacted within 24 hours. My last call was for the need of a hot water heater. I called on a Monday night and was told I would be contacted the next day by 10:00 a.m. When 10:00 a.m. came and went the next day, I called another local plumbing co. They were at my house by noon, replaced my hot water heater and gone by 2:30 p.m. I have yet to hear from Big State and this is now Friday - 4 days later. 2nd time this has occurred - I will never again attempt to use Big State of Needville, TX

Responded in 3 to 4 hrs to our kitchen wall leak.
Plumbers name was Lucas Garcia. Did good job in a tough situation. Pinhole leak in corroded copper pipe joint at baseboard level. Our pipe coming up out of the slab is in bad shape with little to work with.
House is 30 years old, and this is not our first leak in our Tilson home.
Gave us an estimate for entire home re-pipe with PEX to start saving up for.
If this repair won't hold, today's bill will be credited to the PEX job.

Tyler came as scheduled and notified me when he was on his way.He replaced a leaking bathroom faucet and 2 leaking outside water bibs.Tyler was professional and respectful.

Called this morning 12/16/2022 spoke with a very intense rude young lady. She was very arrogant, I seriously don't know how businesses such as this one stay in business. It won't be long before you're out of business treating people the way you do. just plain nasty. I would strongly suggest staying away from this company , she quoted a price of 350.00 just for a hot water heater flush they are definitely price grouching and should be reported to BBB.. If you want to keep your compulsion you're be better off not using this company. I just disconnected the call to avoid any unnecessary conversation. for 350.00 just to flush a tank there should be other things they are checking alone with this price. She states that's it we just do a flush.... as always stated if there was a - 0 star that would have certainly been my choice. Read the reviews don't just see the 4.5 star rating and assume they are good, because they're not.. If a business customer service is rude , it's almost certain they're owner and technicians are rude as well . Find a company where you can find peace and know for sure they will walk in honesty & integrity. Not money hungry, there are a lot of companies out there that have these qualities , you just have to be patient and keep calling as I will do. Don't waste your efforts or money on this place, please don't. In this day and age any person requiring services from any business wants to be assured they've made the correct choice with Trust being #1 not here but the Lord God who is good will lead you where you'll need to Go !!!! with all that being said repent and be ye saved change from your wicked ways that God may forgive you. For God is soon to return !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT USE!!! They were called to my in-laws to replace a single toilet that was broke, no water damage or anything. $1500.00 later they walked out! I called to see what the charges where and "client confidentiality" is what they said!!! Lol. RIP OFF!!!

I made an appointment two weeks ago to replace shower fixtures. The appointment was schedused for 11 - 1. I had to take a half day off from work, took out shower curtains and moved furniture for easier access. Finally received a call at 3:39 saying that they needed to reschedule. This was the second time that I tried them, and the first wasn't much better. Terrible service!

Waited 2 weeks for a plumber to get to the house. Told us 8am to 8pm. He called me at 5:30 asking if he still needs to come (umm...yes, been waiting all day and 2 weeks). He got there, checked it out and said it needed full repipe. Never heard from him again. I was expecting a bid or something. I called a different plumber, he fixed the water pressure issue in 20 mins and haven't had a problem. No repiping needed. I don't trust this company at all.

Consumer alert!!! For all my Richmond, Houston friends and family this is just a forewarning, you can use them if you want, and I'll revert this post if the company lives up to its 4 1/2 star reputation on Yelp, but please save yourself from time and money if you have plumbing issues don't use these guys. I had a pipe leak in front of my house less than 2 years ago, they charged me almost $1k, and now the leak is back and this is how they leave it because a work warranty couldn't be sent out to guarantee their work. How crook is that?!? Don't use Big State Plumbing Inc

Loved how quick they were able to respond. I messaged the company around 10pm got a response in less than 5 min. I was able to have Morgan come out the following morning. We scheduled an appointment for Saturday and the job was finished by noon. Jacob was very straightforward and a funny guy. Appreciated his sense of humor and liked how simple he explain to me what was wrong and how to prevent future problems. (He also recommended another way to set up my air gap that will work better than the current set up) Lastly, LOVED the SMS marketing the company sent out before both guys came to my home. Made me feel safe that I was able to see who was coming to my home before even meeting them.

A technician named Jacob came out and was completely rude, sarcastic about our problem. Questioned me weather I was renting or buying, and making comment like I couldn't pay for the work. Told me he didn't want to be there since it was his day off, and that the guy who should have been on-call came in at 3:30 in the morning so he had to fill that spot. He laughed when I told him Lucyx did our sewer line and asked why didn't I just call them. Lastly, I told him they are closed today, and I have kids I cannot wait till Monday. He leaned over looked me in the eyes and said, " I feel feel really sorry for you" in a low sarcastic voice. I finally told him to get off my property I didn't need him. He couldn't turn around any quicker to leave.
