William was nothing short of a great plumber and all around great guy. Finding out your hot water heater doesn't work in the morning before work is not the best way to start your day. I called around on my way to work (showerless) and was more than happy to make the appointment with Big Sky to get my hot water heater repaired. When William came over it took some time but he figured out what needed fixing saving me from spending money on an expensive replacement. Thank you for the quick response and great service!

So my wife just received a call from Ken (?) who saw my review and wanted to get our side of the story. He listened, he apologized, and he owned it. They even offered additional assistance and, in my opinion, went above and beyond.

I get that things happen and some events are uncontrollable. What I appreciate here is the follow-up and their willingness to do what's right after the fact. It's not the mistake, it's how they handled it that I appreciate. I've been in customer service management for several years now ... I know good customer service when I see it.

I still wish the initial issue was better handled and at this point I've already committed to another company, but it's all good. Thank you Big Sky!

Okay so if you're like me and you have children you can have ""toilet problems"" pretty frequently. My children mess up the toilet so frequently that it has literally become an embarrassment. The most recent endeavor was when my youngest decided to make her sock ""go swimming"" and clogged up my entire toilet.

I called Big Sky plumbing the following morning. They got my toilet fixed in 3 (YES YOU READ THAT CORRECTLY, THREE, 3, UNO DOS TRES, III, THREE!) Minutes!! I don't know what they did but they are miracle workers because I tried plunging and using a snake and got nowhere. Did I mention they're budget friendly? I HIGHLY recommend this company! Five stars for you Big Sky Plumbing!!!

We bought a new house last year and while we LOVE the house, we didn't really like the Moen shower head fixture in the Master bathroom. It was a normal shower head and the water pressure wasn't anything to write home about.

In high end hotels that we've stayed at, we've always enjoyed the Hans Grohe rainfall shower from above with the secondary shower head in case you wanted to use a hand shower. A very quality product that we've always had strong water pressure with.

I called around to a few plumbing companies on Yelp and one of the bathroom renovation places recommended I call Big Sky Plumbing. I came back to Yelp and read the great reviews so I called them.

They arranged a plumber to come out the following day. He took some measurements and he said he would call back the same day with a quote. Sure enough, that same day he called and emailed me a quote. I showed him a photo of the model that I wanted and he had to special order it.

The work was a bigger job than I realized. It consisted of not only removing the old shower head but also they had to cut out part of the wall in our Master bedroom that was on the opposite side of the shower. We not only wanted to change out the fixture but I also wanted to be able to use both the hand wand shower piece and the rainfall shower together if I wanted and I had to order another part for that.

The total price included the parts, labor and also they sent someone else out the same day of the installation to do the drywall repair with texture. The only thing that wasn't included was repainting the wall but I easily did that. Overall we couldn't be more happy with the work they did and plan to have them back for a hot water heater replacement in a few weeks. Highly recommend!

I was preparing for a big holiday dinner with the family and the kitchen sink was clogged. I got a referral from the neighbor and just like they said they responded quickly. The technician was courteous and very professional. In no time the sink was unclogged and I was able to finish fixing my meal to serve dinner on time. I am thankful and very appreciative of their quick service but how nice and friendly the technician was. I would highly recommend using this company if you need plumbing services.

This company is definitely 1st class...Kept me well informed, had a very polite and friendly service technician. He was on time to install our new hot water heater and even called when he was 30 minutes away. This is the first time I've had to call a plumber so I was very thankful to have someone that was so friendly and professional. Once he finished replacing our hot water heater he took the time to answer all my questions and explained in detail things he felt I should know.

I know when one reads reviews there is always the ones who find something to complain about. One would have a hard time finding something to complain about with Big Sky plumbing.
