If I could give them zero stars I would. First off, they arrived almost two hours past the end of the time range (appointment was 2:00-4:00 - they arrived at 6:00). They didn't keep me up to date on their extremely late arrival. Luckily I had nothing else planned that evening. And after messing with things for at least an hour, they realized that they brought an electric one even though I was very clear that I had a gas one. They tried to up the price by $100 over what was agreed on. They also left a leak and all the insulation they removed from the old heater as I discovered the next morning.

So onto the next day. They arrived over an hour late and spent 3 hours. My price was at least adjusted to $100 below the original quote. Not that that matters so much when I came into my garage for the first time in a couple of days and found wet drywall and a big leak with water on the floor and damaged boxes. This was the very reason I decided to replace my water heater before it was necessary.

Save yourself the time and money and use someone else.

If you want some great customer service these are your guys. Will was great and helped fix my garbage disposal. He showed up after hours to help me get it fixed and even arrived early. He did it all with a great attitude and great service. Thanks to Will and Big Sky Plumbing I have a working garbage disposal again and new plumbers in my area I can call whenever I have a problem.

BEST. EXPERIENCE. EVER. 

Came home late to no hot water. I figured I would call a plumber and leave a message so I could get a call back first thing in the morning. Called very late at night and much to my surprise, they answered! Not only did they answer, but a technician who works in my area called me back almost immediately after I gave the secretary some general information. 

When he called he let me know the various options of the hot water heaters I could replace mine with. He was also able to give me a solid quote over the phone, I just sent him some photos via email and he was able to match what I needed. 

He came out the very next morning SUPER EARLY! He removed my old water heater and put the new one in. It was a lot faster than I thought it was going to be. The technician was clearly working very hard, not wasting any time, which I appreciated.

Thank you Will for the great service! So happy to have hot showers again! 5 stars for answering late and providing quick and excellent service.

They have some of the best customer service ever! I really did not expect such amazing service from a plumbing company... they went above and beyond what was expected. When I called they answered and the lady answered the questions to the best of her knowledge but left the technical stuff for the plumber to answer. When he called he answered all my questions and gave me a short run down of what it would cost and consist of to get my garbage disposal fixed. 

He showed up and talked to me for a little and got straight to work. I paid him and he even sent me an invoice only one hour after he came to my house. I'm super impressed with the awesome customer service. Plus the plumber was so nice! Thank you Big Sky!!!

This business has 5 stars and there's a reason for it! They do a great job and are very professional! The staff was great who answered the calls. The plumber who came out to my house was also just as great. But the real guy I wanted to point out was the owner!
Ken called me back after I had left a message wanting to talk to someone to give me straight answers about the pricing on getting my water heater fixed. I had called several companies and all of the prices were so different I couldn't gauge where the price should approximately be. He gave me a break down of the repair of the tank and what that should cost.
His honesty and knowledge was key for me, so much that I decided to use them to fix my water heater even though they weren't the cheapest. These guys are very honest and have been straight with me from the start! My water heater was fixed and is working great. Great experience.

I knew it was way past due to get my hot water heater replaced. My water heater was over 15 years old and I knew it was time for an update. The employee who answered was nice and helpful. The technician was on time and had a lot of experience with plumbing as well as replacing water heaters. Overall I'm really happy with the more than easy process of getting a new water heater. Since it's such a big purchase you want to make sure to go with a company who knows what their doing and you can trust. These guys are what you're looking for.

I was the last appointment of the day, so the technician didn't arrive until 6pm. I was scheduled as ""late afternoon."" At 4pm I called the office and was informed that he was finishing up with the previous client and would be coming. The technician called after finishing with the previous client and told me to expect him in about 20-30min. When he arrived we got right to business. He went over each of the zones of my sprinkler system with me and also set the timer for each zone. He went over each step in detail so I would know how to do it myself. He also replaced a leaking valve which had cracked during the winter. Overall I was very pleased with the service and would use them again for any irrigation or sprinkler related repairs. My only complaint was that I had to call them to get a status update instead of receiving a call explaining that his other service calls had taken longer than expected and he would be late in arriving at my home.

By far, hands down, the best plumbing company I could find. Their prices were fair and they were organized. Travis was super helpful when he replaced my hot water heater. It was in a tight space but he was able to manage with his tools and his access to it. When I asked him questions about my new water heater he answered honestly and thoroughly. I was so happy with the service I told some relatives about them because they were in need of plumbing as well. Thanks for the great service, I highly recommend them to anyone.
