Professional staff, Came over and fixed the sinks and clogged tub drain. Did tests to check the quality of their work. The most important part of it all was the quickness in which they responded. I was expecting to wait 1 to 2 days but they responded within the afternoon and the call was placed the morning. I would recommend

Our 75 gallon water heater failed and we worked with Big Orange to have a new one installed. They supplied a new unit and two man crew performed the installation flawlessly. I'm extremely particular about any work I have done at the house as it is high-end and they were simply awesome. Very communicative, clean, and professional. Needing a plumber is never fun! Having to need them twice is even less fun! That being said Big Orange Plumbing was on time, excellent communication, tidy (seriously not a speck left behind). I appreciated their responsiveness and reliability, their window was 8-11 and they always sent a text letting me know they were on their way! Never outside of the first hour window. Tina understood what a nightmare no hot water is for a family of 4. And even though it was just minutes 'til closing scheduled Greg to come out the next day. Greg knows his stuff, to say the least. Very nice fellow too!!! Explained to me the problem in detail and what would be required to make the installation complete. He arrived on time (actually early with proper notice). He took the time to vacuum the pan so that it was free from all moisture; also removed water from the top of the water heater, and finished using shop towels... Extremely thorough and professional. Would give zero of possible. Assigned them from home warranty. Told we needed a new water heater before tech. even touched it. He ordered the wrong part, never even took cover off. Went downhill from there. Excuses, zero communication and follow through. Closed call without notifying us, while we were waiting on update from them. Information given to warranty never matched what we were told.

The first plumber came out to clear the drain. His snake wasn't long enough and had his long snake stolen. Very respectful young man. The next day they sent Zac out. He was very respectful and let me know what was going on and got it unclogged. Talked to Nate also and there just a professional company. Plumbers take notes from Big Orange because most of you really need to be trained by them.
