I had these guys repair a faucet in my kitchen. Not 3 months later the hot water quit working. They said they would not warranty the work because they got the order from American Home Shield. So now I have to boil water to wash my dishes. I'm reporting this to the BBB!

This company provides prompt and great service and thinks about their customers needs. The first person that was sent out James shared everything that needed to happen and estimate of costs and then the day of the water heater replacement they sent Daniel out who was so kind, careful, professional and did great work. It's a plus that they sent someone out that spoke Spanish and it allowed my father to be able to ask questions and understand what was going on. I recommend this company. Great work!

The team came out to repair a leaking issue I had with my tankless water heater. Unfortunately, they did not have the part needed on hand, but immediately ordered it and gave me a daily update on when it was expected to come in. They completed the repair in a timely manner and I've had no issues since. I was so impressed that I also had them install a soft water system in my home. Highly recommend this company.

Daniel was our tech today and he was excellent! Nate and Tina are also always super helpful. They have installed a tankless heater for us, and we've also had to call them for plumbing issues and water pressure issues. They run a very professional operation and we have always been happy with their service.

I had a leak and this company just put a bandage on it. Nate said they sautered the pin hole leak instead of replacing the pipe with the leak. SO...9 months later we have a leak in the Exact Same place!!!! This is a difficult job because the leak is behind the behind the wall and behind the water heater which now has to be opened up once AGAIN to fix the leak. Protocol is to replace the leaking pipe which was not done nor was it even offered to me!!! I will never use this company again!

Made a call for service of a pipe leak with Amerishield Home Warranty, the following day Big Orange Plumbing sent Miguel G. He came to the house early and was very quick, responsive and friendly. After helping me solve my problem, he provided some good advice and took the time to make sure everything worked out. Very pleased with his professionalism. I will most likely call the company and him for anything in the future.

Extremely knowledgeable, professional and prompt. We had a few unfortunate leaks and Nate and Daniel fixed them. The service time for them to come do the work was never more than a day. Highly recommend this company & the prices are fair.
