Bathtub drain was blocked. Experienced plumber arrived but could not clear the blocked peatrap. On second day again he failed. Old Republic transferred the job to Big Orange. Miguel arrived with a positive attitude and in 20 minutes he cleared the problem plus 20 feet more. Great attitude and great service!

They were so helpful and fit us in their schedule to help us ASAP with our pipe leak problem. Even over the phone, I was offered help so we could at least have cold water immediately since we had gone the weekend with no water at all. They did this without my even asking. I'm so appreciative! All the advice we were given about possible water damage was spot-on and saved us from a huge headache and problems down the line. The Big Orange Plumbing is by far one of the best local plumbing services in town. We had a pleasure working Nate, Anita and Zachary last two times, when our water heater broke and our kitchen sink (garbage disposal) malfunctioned. Not only they were able to squeeze us in their already full schedule, Nate and Zach came out and fixed it right the first time (Water heater and kitchen sink respectively). They are honest, professional and extremely courteous. Anita, a scheduler is always a pleasant person to speak, who understands the seriousness of such situations and does her best to provide the service. Truly amazing group of people. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Robert was a total professional from start to finish. I showed him what needed repair. He advised me of the cost before he started and got right to work. Within a couple of hours, our toilet no longer runs & all the leaky plumbing has been repaired! No mess either! I appreciate his great workmanship and professionalism.
