If I could leave a half star I would Scott came out to look into the water leaking behind the walled my house.Scott said the issue was bad.He crawled underneath the house told me I had a mini pool down there said he I would have to do a re-pipe of the hot water side. cost would be from 5000 to 5200 dollars.

I called out a different company to come out for a second opinion.The new plumbers stated that they could have it fixed in 10 mins and they did it was a matter of tightening a coupling.They also stated there was not a massive amount of water under the house. And the issue only cost me a few dollars for the repair

DO NOT TRUST SCOTT HE WILL RIP YOU OFF I also to called Big mikes to have Scott call me back to explain his self there was no recall back from him at all

Two men showed up to my house today to check out issues we have been having with a really bad sewage smell. no masks were worn in the house or around me...in the middle of a global pandemic.
Is this your company policy?!?!
nothing was resolved, on e was very rude to me, they did not even have their own step ladder, implied to my landlord it was because I had not taken out my trash yet. They also took off an access cover on my wall and did not even put it back. I guess they figured I would not notice because I am so dirty because I had not taken my trash out for the day?
lucky for them my landlord is stuck with the bill.

Once again I called on Big Mikes Plumbing this is the second time in 6 months I had an issue and once again they saved me thousands from having to be jetted. Their staff is professional and honest and worked their hardest to help me. Thank you for a job well done! I highly highly recommend Big Mikes. You guys are the best!

Well you always hope when you call someone to come check out a leak that your going to have a good experience.

Big Mikes saved the day. We had a leak in the wall behind a kitchen cabinet. Scotty came to check it out and told us the not so good news. He then got all the info to me and so we can submit to our insurance.

Thanks you guys for helping through a not so great experience.

I've had ridiculously high water bills and searching for the cause we found the problem, a leak from the shut off valve. It was too difficult for my husband to do so we called around. Over the phone Scott was able to give us a fair estimate. He came out on a Saturday gave us a time frame for his arrival and was true to it. I highly recommend this company. Big Mike is the company I will use for all of my plumbing needs.

NIGHTMARE on Magnolia ave.... Approx (4) weeks ago i had back up in main bath-tub and toilet i called Big Mike's to see if tech could check what the issue was (new homeowner problems :( ) Receptionist was very nice understanding of my issues & eager to help. Receptionist had tech call me ASAP. I explained the problem and he sent tech over right away. Unfortunately i was not home but room-mate dealt with tech. He came out, snaked the toilet explained that it was possible septic tank issue. What i appreciated most being a single female with female room-mate was prior to him leaving he re-assured us that if there were any issues with septic company to call him directly and he would make sure we weren't being taken advantage of. The septic tank company came out flushed the pipes and voila everything started working. Fast forward to today issues again with the toilets and bath-tub backing up. I called Big Mikes they sent tech out after hours and he fixed the issues internally at no cost toilet and bath tubs are again in functioning order. Thank you so much for being so nice,understanding & patient with (2) single girls that have absolutely no clue.

It's nice knowing I always have plumbers that I can call for fast, reliable, trustworthy, and affordable service. Albert and Scott are a very honest team and do a job well done. I recently called Big Mike's when I had a clogged kitchen drain. I was very satisfied with the service they provided. Came out on a Saturday in the evening and had the job done within an hour. The service man, Albert, was very professional and made sure the repair of my drain was done before he left. What a wonderful plumber. The best I have had in a long time. Thank you
