Don't waste your time with this place, they don't return calls, don't give you an accurate eta .. been calling since thrusday and they keep telling me tmro, tmro.. and no one ever calls unless you do first.. tech keeps telling me in 30 mins and never come always an excuse on why they can't come.. I called today to see if he was still going to come at 9:00am it was 9:30 so we called and said they would be here in 30.. called 50 mins after and now they don't answer my calls waste of time.. could have called someone else BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL SOMEONE ELSE

If there were a 6th start I would give that rating! Amazing company! Amazing people!
I woke for a dialysis company and we have been in some trouble to where other plumbers couldn't help but let me tell u when Big Mikes have come to the rescue they have literally saved the day!
Big jobs, little jobs! JOB WILL BE DONE AND DONE RIGHT!
Will always use them! ALWAYS!
Scott and Albert are two I can truly depend on when it comes to the world of plumbing even thought the entire team is Awesome!!!

DONT DO IT...... the owner Big Mike doesn't guarantee his work. Find another plumbing company. He doesn't return calls, pay for damages he did. He ridiculed you, calls you a liar and belittles you. He definitely is all about grabbing every penny he can and does not dare if he damages your newly installed floor.

Big Mike,
It is a professional professional courtesy to contact the plumber that came out for the job so that he can correct or adjust the work that was paid for. In regards to no calls there was a call every day for four days for him to return. Which Scott promised to come and never did. Why do you write in third-party you came out and you're the owner and a very deceitful owner because even Scott admitted that there are ripples and it is obvious that there are ripples. You're very untruthful on trusty and deceitful owner. I've been patient for you to come and repair the damages that was caused by your company because you employ Scott therefore it is your company's responsibility. I even went out of my way to pick up the material so this could be corrected in a timely manner. You have failed to return any calls And have ignored the numerous calls made to your company.
You requested a quote for the damages and those have been sent to you three weeks ago and you still have not responded. I have been patient and will not go to small claims court against you.

This owner is very untrustworthy and do not use this company because if they make a mistake they will blame it on you instead of taking responsibility. Look at the other reviews and you'll see a pattern of this.l

I'm only giving them 2 stars instead of one Star because I really had hi hopes for Earnest when he came to diagnosed the back up in our laundry line. But after 2 failed no-shows they went down to 2 stars. I had hired Big Mikes a couple times in the past, one visit was about $6,000.00 to break out the floor and run some new 2"" ABS in the kitchen to the Laundry then the tub. BUT they didn't put in a $5 clean-out like I asked. They said it wouldn't be ""Necessary "" Well know our Laundry line is not accessible to clean out. I asked him how much he would charge me to add that fitting just outside the back door? He says $1,200.00 I told him you got to be kidding! First they tell me it's not necessary, but now it is necessary. WTF
So it looks like I'll be needing to call the licensing board since by California law states, any licensed contractor has to stand behind their work for 10 years on residential and 2 years on commercial work.

BEWARE!! Massive rip off artists! We had used them many times in the past for a 4 unit rental property we own. But they have a new owner Chris who fraudulently charged us $2800 for work that was not done. I am female and and out of town owner so they told me they had to dig up pipes and replace a whole section and do some other things. I knew the quote was exorbitant but I needed it done that day. However in a couple of hours they called and told me it would now be $4500!! I guess he figured he could steal even more from me. I called BS on Chris the owner and told him that we would file a complaint with the construction licensing board and he quickly said he'd stick to $2800. I got the bill but waited a few days to see if there were problems because he told me there was a warranty. Last night everything backed up again and I called them at 6:30am this morning and they were to send someone out at once. But they didn't so my husband drove out from San Diego and had the area dug up and found out they hadn't done any of the work except replacing the clean out. The maintenance guy told us that Chris packed everything up that day and left and never used the materials!!! Today we called for Chris and the worker to come to the dug up site to explain what they did but nobody from the company ever showed up and the owner only yelled at my husband on the phone.
I can only imagine how many people they are ripping off if they so brazenly could have done this. What if I had paid them???? I will be filing a CSLB complaint so as many people as possible will stay away. My husband works in the construction industry and this shady and dishonest behavior is unacceptable. BEWARE!!

Ernest at Big Mikes Plumbing was amazing ! Not only did he take care of us when our water heater burst on a Saturday afternoon , but he is fast , extremely Knowledgeable and very professional! Highly recommend Ernest and We will use him again and again and I've already referred our neighbors to him!

The water heater broke at our mountain home on a weekend & we called several ""local"" plumbers in the area & nobody was available &/or did not answer the phone. We reached out to Big Mikes Plumbing down the hill in San Bernardino and their response was FAST! After a short 2 hour wait a service specialist named Ernest showed up with a new water heater that he picked up on his way to our location. Ernest was very pleasant and we could tell from our contact with him that he was very experienced and we knew we were in good hands. Ernest removed our old water heater & had the new one in super fast! We are so fortunate to have called Big Mike's Plumbing and highly recommend their services!! Ask for Ernest.

We had our water heater stop working on a Sunday and Big Mike's received the call immediately. We are thankful that Big Mike's had Ernest available to us when many companies were closed - even other companies noted as ""24-hour"" providers. Ernest reached out right away and was very helpful with recommending the fastest way to obtain a quality water heater. Not only did Ernest set us up efficiently with the installation, he repositioned and welded the overflow pipe connected to the water heater and also installed a filter to help with our hard water conditions. We appreciate Ernest for his professionalism, guidance and kindness and give a huge shout out to him and the entire Big Mike's team for a job well done!!

Amazing service really did a wonderful job everything went smoothly in fixing a gas line. Would come back to them for more service in the future.
