Honestly I was very mad in the beginning when this company came to start doing work on my neighbors house. They put a lot of the debris on my property. But once I actually called the company and talk to the owner, personally they made sure that everything was handled that day. Thanks Hector and hope the job will be done soon

As a member of the board of directors at my HOA, we have called on Big League for a large number of jobs. We are required to get other quotes for the work we have done and they constantly come in as the best value. But beyond value, the team at Big League does very good work, while being on time, well dressed, professional and friendly. I own a 75 year old home in San Pedro that needed a complete replacement of the sewer system from the home to the street. With age, the cast iron pipes had completely deteriorated. This was a major job and ""Big League Plumbing & Rooter"" lived up to their name. The job was made more difficult by the fact that the property is on a hillside and the sewer line was five to seven feet below the ground level. The work was done professionally and passed building inspection on the first try. The owner, Hector, explained, to me, the scope of the work and quoted me a fair price. He and his crew kept me informed as to the progress of the job and they left the site clean and orderly. In summary, I would highly recommend Big League Plumbing & Rooter for any small and large job. We needed a new plumber to help us with a clogged kitchen sink and an issue with a value. Super friendly scheduling and we were able to get an appointment quickly. I have to say, it's incredible that they give you an estimate without a charge. Hector (and I think his name was Daniel?) showed up within the time frame, and even let us know that it was going to be closer to the end of the window, which helped me a ton as I work from home. They were both super friendly, funny, and respectful. They got the clog fixed fast and super reasonable in price. We need to get the water shut off to the building so we can get the value resolved and we will absolutely be calling them again for it. Thank you for making it so easy and stress-free!

I cannot recommend Big League Plumbing enough! Two of our sinks backed up, and since it happened on a Sunday, I had trouble finding a plumber that was open and able to come out the same day. After trying 4 or 5 businesses with no luck, I finally called Big League Plumbing and was able to get through right away, AND set up a time to come out the same afternoon. Hector, the owner, arrived on time and was very courteous. He quickly identified the issue and got right to work fixing our clogged pipes. He was finished within an hour and charged me exactly what he'd quoted over the phone (more on a Sunday, but still a bargain considering how quickly he was able to come out and get our sinks working again. Also no extra fee for having the truck come out, which I appreciated). Hector is professional, responsive, and dependable. I absolutely recommend Big League Plumbing and will be calling Hector in the future with any plumbing issues!

First contact was with Tiffany who scheduled the appointment for me. Went the extra mile to get the earliest possible appointment and called back to provide updates on arrival ETA. That's great customer care.

Louis and Adrian showed up on time. Looked professional and were very likeable. I thought their branding was cool. Awesome logo. Answered all my questions politely. No rush. Did quality repairs. Didn't try to upsell and even did some extra stuff for free. Also provided some good advice on preventative maintenance. Finally, the clean up was fantastic. My image of what a plumber is has forever changed. No more nightmares about Roto Rooter!

Was quite affordable. I made a recommendation to them to get Venmo to make transactions easier and they were open to the constructive feedback. They had great things to say about their boss (Hector?) and seemed quite happy working for him. After a decade of cycling through bad plumbers, I have finally found my go-to plumbing guys.

Big League Plumbing was recommended to me through Next Door. Very pleased with their service, they were professional, did a great job, honest and reasonably priced. All very nice people as an added bonus.They also did a great job cleaning up as they worked and left the area cleaner than they found it! Highly recommend.
