Big League Plumbing came a day or two after I called them to help me replace a broken water heater that was still covered under warranty. I called multiple places but ended up going with Big League Plumbing based on how my convo with the owner went over the phone as well as their competitive pricing. I liked that he was able to give me a quote over the phone vs the others who wanted to come to my house first for a free estimate. When they came to get the job done, they were very professional and friendly. There were no hidden, surprise, or unreasonable costs. Believe me as I called many other plumbers who were charging insanely high fees and wanted to charge for paperwork, transportation to return/pick up the old water heater, recycling fee, etc. I definitely know who to call next time for plumbing services.

During COVID, they arrived with masks, were very polite, good listeners. The job initially was what we thought would be a hard to detect & clear clogged pipe. Well no, but it's a 60+ year old house and definitely needed more done than that. They came up with a plan to upgrade pipes, reroute as needed, added in many new valves for washer, new pipes under sinks and drain plugs for plumbing that was connected to the problem area. And more. It was a big job, but Hector, Luis & team were always on time, communicated well, did a great job. Definitely will call on them IF needed, in the future. We DO recommend Big League Plumbing!

We had a significant problem with lines running to our main sewer line. In the end, Hectors team broke through the floor in our downstairs commode and installed new pipe and Wye connections under the floor. They also pulled a new 20 foot section of ABS pipe from the outside using the Pipe bursting technique to break the 40 year old cast iron pipe and replace it with new ABS pipe all in one operation. This was a major project that covered a few days but Big League Plumbing made sure there were only short interruptions in our ability to use the plumbing. They also managed to keep the mess to a (relative) minimum. Hector communicated well with us throughout the process. Recommend.

Had a really great experience with these guys. We needed our toilet replace and Hector & his brother kept in constant communication, showed up in masks, and got the job done quickly. They were also very fairly priced and nice guys all around. We will definitely be using them from now on for all our plumbing needs!

I work on LOTS of projects that require the right skill and knowledge, especially when it comes to plumbing. I was so pleased with the service that Hector provided me when I called him a problem regarding leaking water heaters at 3 units in a commercial building. To our surprise, we had issues with the toilets, angle stops, and garbage disposals. Hector and his team got to work right away and they were able to fix everything in ONE DAY. They were also able to repair a lot of the damages & not replace it so that helped us save tons of money. Hector Avila (the business owner) just completed replacing an old & just broken bathroom vanity top and sink combination in our bathroom. He took great care as he had to remove this old one trying to minimize the drywall damage, which he did.

He has a great working relationship with a professional drywall contractor who came this morning to repair the drywall and also went and matched the wall paint EXACTLY!! Very impressed!

Anyway, the new vanity top/sink is in and the new faucet looks and works fantastic!! (See picture!)

All in all, Hector and Big League Plumbing & Rooter are definitely my Go-To plumbing company going forward! Highly professional and customer focused! Thanks Hector - great doing business with you!! FIVE+ STARS!!

Reached out to Big League Plumbing and they responded right away. Hector installed two chrono-mite hot water heaters. Service was very quick, professional, friendly
and the most reasonably priced I found. I will be calling them for any future plumbing needs!
