I Had an emergency slab leak wasn't able to get another local business to even give me a call back. Big John's Plumbing was recommended from a friend & they came out the next morning found the leak & ran a new copper pipe into my attic all in just two days. Big John's Plumbing had a plumber out to our home within 90 minutes of our call to request an estimate for two projects. We had two prior estimate appointments. One added so much to our estimate request, that it was ""upsold"" to the tune of 17,000! The other called back to set an appointment after Big John's had already started the projects. Our projects were completed in a day and a half, and we couldn't be happier!

We have an older home, they often come with plumbing problems, which is no surprise. What is a refreshing surprise is Big Johns Plumbing! They always send great plumbers on time, on task, but we got the best when they sent Rudy. He's knowledgeable, experienced and most important- an extremely nice person! Professionalism with kindness is a rare commodity with any construction trade, but you can certainly find it with Big John's + Rudy.

I expect we'll find more issues with our old house but I know who to call.

Big John's Plumbing sent Ramon to come and take a look at the main sewer clog. Ramon went above and beyond with his service. He used his tools/equipment to get to the problem but it seems like the issue is bigger than expected. We are looking forward to getting a quote to be able to fix the problem.

My air flow for my dishwasher was leaking. I've had plumbers out before & they said it was clogged. Benjamin from Big Johns actually repositioned my garbage disposal & changed the drain line to allow more air flow. Told us to call back if we had any trouble. I also had them out to my work and was happy with their service. I would use them again

I had a leak under my kitchen sink. The entire bottom was soaked. When the plumber from Big John's came out, he said he could not find the source and that maybe I spilled something. They charged me $125 and left. 2 days later, I found the source. I messaged them to come back and fix it and I was ignored, so I had to call another plumber...and by this time, the wood was rotted that I had to pay to get that fixed as well. I messaged Big John's again to let them know I had to hire someone else and that I deserve my money back. Unfortunately, they felt they should keep my money for a job they never did and ultimately ended up costing me even more because of their unprofessionalism. Very upsetting.
