We called Big John's and they were very helpful in getting us an appointment that worked for us. On the appointed time Marvin showed up right on time. He was quiet but friendly. When I explained what need to be fixed, he understood and started in on the job. I left for a few minutes and when I came back, he had already finished the first job, which I thought would take hours. I was pleasantly surprised! He undertook the second job, had to leave to get a hose, was back quickly and before you knew it the second job was complete as well. It was a rather pleasant experience to have someone come in who really knows what they are doing! Everything was neat as a pin when he finished. Marvin certainly deserves 5 stars. I will call Big John's again if the need arises.

It's been quite awhile since i wrote this review, and even longer since we actually had the work done. ... but I'm still happy to say John finally got in touch with my husband and this issue was resolved. No, it was not done in an quick manner, but it was done in an apologetic manner. Within days of their conversation, we had a reimbursement check in our mailbox! We are satisfied with the costumer service when eventually got, and are pleased with the outcome.

I called Big John's Plumbing to come and check out a leak under the sidewalk on the side of my home. They responded quickly, but that was it as far as the good goes. I could see where the water was coming from from under the three foot side walk and it was near where a faucet was coming up through the concrete. I was told by the plumber that it would initially cost $350 dollars to use a leak detector to pin point where the leak was coming from. I am no genius, but it was not difficult to figure out what the problem was and I am not a plumbing professional. The leak was just where I thought it would be.

When I asked how much the total cost would be I was told $800 and does not include concrete work. He stated it would take two workers to bust up the concrete and get the job done. When I told the plumber I needed to discuss it with my other half before I made the commitment, he asked for $105 just for the service call. If they would have been reasonable, I would have let them do the work. Instead, I went and purchased a concrete blade for my skill saw and rented a jackhammer and the parts I needed to fix it by myself and I am under $100 dollars to fix it in only a few hours of work. I hope they choke on the $105 dollars they charged to just take a ten minute look. I saved myself $600 not letting the screw me over more.

I called since there was a water leak outside and he told me to call the water district directly first to save the fee he would charge for coming to the house. I was so impressed by his honesty and the fact that he was correct and it is the city's problem/fault so he saved me money. I would recommend him purely for that honesty.

I own a remediation company and I needed a plumber for a water damage in Norco ASAP. Not only did I need a plumber I needed a plumber that had leak detection and would repair the leak. Well I referred Big Johns plumbing and he sent out Phil from his shop. I received glowing reports. Phil showed up within the time frame that they had agreed to and did a professional job. The leak was fixed same day and I was able to complete my remediation. Thanx guys. We look forward to using you in the future.

Excellent performance by Phil on a faulty faucet that had water running non stop . I picked up Big John's phone number from my search on Google and Linda scheduled Phil to come over within an hour. The service was impeccable and Phil was very professional and courteous. Price was also fairly decent. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs Plumbing Services !!!!

Big John's is awesome!! I called about replacing a broken faucet late in the day and they were able to give me an accurate estimate over the phone and send someone the same day. Mario, the worker who showed up, was great, he stayed really late and cleaned up after himself and did not charge me extra even though it was a really tough job and took him way longer than a standard faucet replacement. I really appreciated it and would use these guys again and recommend them!! Thank you guys!!
