Absolutely 5 star. I was having a blockage problem and I googled plumber near me and bam big johns plumbing showed up. Mind you it was 5:00 pm on a Friday. Big John was here at 6:00. Very nice guy, extremely fair prices, and he even did extra Services complimentary. This is how a business is supposed to be. I will always come

I've used them several times before, but never again. Charged $190 to fix leaking roman tub valve. They've repair it before. This time replaced the interal guts like before, but it didn't stop the leak. Told $1,100.00 to replace. I asked if they could help me out with the price of repair because it didn't work. Told no. After all the work they've done for us? I won't use them again. Recommend you don't either. They're just gotten crazy expensive!!!

I woke up to a flooding kitchen, I called Big John (yes, it was him) a little after 7:00a. He said he had a heavy schedule that day but would stop by ASAP to turn off my water (I did not have a ""T"" wrench). Meanwhile, I called another company. John stopped by in less than a 1/2 hour, turned off my water, then asked to take a look at the problem. He thought about it for a moment & said he could take care of it now. He fixed my leak, let me pay with a card (it was very reasonable) & I was able to get ready for work. I'm thankful I called Big John.

Toilet was leaking under the base after each use so I jumped on Yelp to search for a local plumber. I came across Big John's, read thru the reviews and called them this morning after 8:00 am. I wasnt expecting to have someone out to our home same day because I figure its Monday they probably already have a full schedule but nope I was in luc TYJ! Excellent customer service over the phone and she was able to book me for a 4pm-6pm which I was very grateful for. Mr. Jason arrived at 4pm and i had recvd a txt prior to his arrival that he was on his way. He was able to assess the problem and explained what he needs to do and how much it would cost. He had to replace the worn out/rusted flange and wax ring...it was such a hot mess but Mr. Jason was so patient and did an awesome job cleaning the area prior to replacing all broken parts and secured the toilet back onto the floor better than how it was originally installed. Excellent and efficient service all around, I have Big John's Plumbing on speed dial, thank you again so much!

I am so glad I called Big John's Plumbing, the service done was incredible. John was very upfront about the cost and what needed to be repaired. He even showed me how I could fix the same issue if it ever arose again. I changed out my sink 15 years ago and just installed a new sink that was leaking at the valve. I don't think I'll have the same problem again. I would recommend Big John's to anyone that needs an honest, reliable plumber.

Used big john for the second time yesterday with a water leak in my front yard. Scheduling was easy and convenient. He came and was extremely nice and dove right into the problem. Reaching out to me via email and text when he found the source of the leak with cause, photos, and a price. The price was very fair and he was able to get it done in one day! Ever need a local plumber to help in times where you tried everything to clear a toilet? Call Big John's! The plastic freshner hanging in the toilet was accidentally flushed causing a back up. I called after 8am and they came about noon with an auger to jam free the clogged toilet. Thank you Big John's for the prompt service!
