Came home a late Friday afternoon to find both toilets and bathtubs filled with stinky brown water. With my husband out of town, I was at a complete loss. Tried to flush one toilet and it immediately started overflowing all over the bathroom tiled floor. Thank goodness I knew to turn the water off behind the toilet before it overflowed out on to my newly installed wood flooring.

I immediately yelpped plumbers, called Wrench Re-Pipe, no answer and still no return phone call, then I called Big John's and the phone was promptly answered, and within a couple of hours, Big John and his assistant, Michael were knocking on my door! By 6 pm that day my problems were completely gone! He was very courteous and explained what was causing my problem and how I could prevent future problems down the road! Very impressed! Very reasonably priced and Big John honored his Yelp coupon! I would highly recommend Big John to anyone for their plumbing troubles! Very grateful for his prompt service!

I ran into John by chance while waiting to get a haircut at a local Super Cuts(about 2 weeks ago). I was trying to find a plumbing part for a 50+ year old house. Home Depot and Ace never seen such a part. John was actually writing up an order for Super Cuts and allowed me to interrupt him. He took his time to explain the problem and how to properly fix it. Fixing it properly was above my skill level and I didn't have the money to hire John or anyone else at that time. He then gave me a temporary remedy (That Worked!) until I could get it fixed right.

I really appreciated his time and how he was willing to explain all the steps to fix the problem. Very impressive and very refreshing to meet someone like him. Highly recommend.

5 stars service!! John came out to Corona to replace a broken/leaking kitchen sink pipe. He did a awesome job, respected my home, great price overall (remember to mention Yelp.com). I couldn't be happier, I concur with fellow Yelp reviews. I'm sure I will call John again if I have any other plumbing issues.

He arrived on time, he was pleasant, easy going and his rates were super reasonable. He fixed my leaky shower, my toilet and hes coming back to fix my shower door. Great plumber, great guy!

I have to say Big John and Shawn are the best. Not only they fixed my water heater, also gave tons of advises about how to maintain the water heater for longer life. They really go extra mile to wow me as a customer.

A rubber duck fell in the toilet and got stuck, rendering the toilet useless. I had been putting off fixing it for a long time. Called Big John's Plumbing. The person answering the phone gave the typical will be there between 6 and 8 answer. Great. Five minutes later, Big John himself called and said he would be there within 30 minutes. Great! He arrived and we explained to him the problem. He ended up having to pull the toilet, which I figured he would have to. Gave it a couple of shakes and out came the rubber duck. Replaced the wax ring and bolted the toilet back in place. He also fixed the shower lever, which wouldn't go far enough to the hot side. All in all, I would definitely use him again. Fair prices and quality work. Also, If there is something easy enough to do yourself and will save you money, he will tell you...and show you how to do it. Now that's service!

I just move to Eastvale from Orange county. Needed a plumbing service to fix faucet valve for shower. Since I didn't know any plumber in this area, i searched online and found one plumber. called him twice and left a voice mail but never got reply back. so, i searched again and found Big John. I liked the reviews so i decided to give him a call. He answered my call right away and gave me a quote, which was very reasonable. He showed up on time and was very professional and friendly. He replaced the faucet valve and also showed me how to do it. I called him again couple days later to replace Toilet flush valve. Again, he showed me how easy it is to do it myself and save money. He also offered to help me over the phone for simple fixes that i can do it myself. I'm very happy that i called him and like many others, i have him on my speed dial. I highly recommend him.

Big John's Plumbing is one of those places that you keep in your address book. Its like finding that one completely honest car mechanic that you go to for life.

I was in dire need of getting my water heater to work (ever try taking a shower with 45 degree water??), and I had no idea what was wrong with it. I called him up and was completely honest with me with how to fix it so that he didn't need to come and charge me for something I could do myself. Now I'm not saying that he does work for free, so don't go asking for freebees from him. Its a business, but what I needed help with didn't require someone to come out to my house. Thank you Big John's plumbing, I won't go anywhere else if I need something like this fixed in the future.
