Had a sewage backup and put a request for repair through our warranty company but soonest anyone was willing to come out was 4 days away. Canceled the request and called Big City Plumbing from the time I called to getting someone to come out it was done all in one day and very professional. Will be using Big City Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.

Appreciate the work they did unclogging bathroom sinks. It was an easy issue to fix but Luis and his partner( I can't recall his name) were efficient as well as professional. This has happened before and other companies never offered an explanation I even think Big City charged less. Small but growing honest company.

I called on Friday afternoon as my sewer line was clogged and water was backing up into my bath tub. They worked me in and at about 5:45 pm they showed up and quickly fixed me up by cleaning the line out all the way to where it connects to the sewer line in the alley. Office staff called me before she left the office for the day to confirm that they would be at my property within about 30 minutes. Price was very reasonable. Thanks BCP!

We discovered a leak in our front yard on Sunday. We called and left a message and were contacted first thing Monday morning. The technician came out that same day in the afternoon and fixed it within 2 hours or less. They let us know they were on their way 30 minutes prior to arriving and their price was reasonable.

Family-owned (husband and wife team) that does an excellent job with complex plumbing issues! They helped out my Mom after the major snow storm earlier this year (2021). The plumbing team they sent to her rental was knowledgeable, timely and highly communicative! Definitely recommend for personal or commercial jobs.

(The plumbers are all also randomly very handsome, which totally helps haha!)

These guys rocked! After the big freeze we needed a new water heater and help with a clogged toilet, nothing emergency, so they told us they would put us on the list and get to us after the emergencies were taken care of. It only took a few days. I wasn't expecting to hear from them for a couple of weeks so I was really pleased. Peter Smith and Joey came out and replaced our OLD water heater, fixed our clogged toilet, answered all of our stupid questions and gave us recommendations. Totally professional all around. Really pleased with the service. Will be my go-to plumbers going forward. So nice to deal with a company like this, even including Rafaela on the phone. Thanks!

Joey and James arrived wearing masks and foot coverings on their shoes. They worked on a couple issues in my restroom - a busted toilet flange and leaking shower plumbing that needed replacing. They worked quickly and efficiently. Joey explained what needed to be done and showed me the repairs once completed. They didn't go over their initial estimate and charged me exactly what was quoted initially. I definitely plan to call Big City Plumbing in the future and will refer them to family and friends.
