I had a plumbing emergency and my builder has been non responsive on getting it repaired. I called this plumber and spoke with Debbie. She went out of her way to get us a technician. When he was on his way, we finally heard from the builder so we had to cancel but I am so impressed with Big B that we will use them going forward. Debbie is simply outstanding - thorough, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I have not had this kind of experience with a business in a long time.

Called Big B's Plumbing Saturday morning and they had a tech (Brandon G.) out within a few hours. Professional and responsive. He replaced the washing machine hot/cold valve box and main water line shutoff valve in the garage. First time ever using professional plumbers, seems a bit pricey, but well worth the quick and professional service received from Big B's.

Definitely learned my lesson on not having someone come out who cannot give you a price range or even starting off point over the phone. I knew exactly what the issue was. I had already checked the P trap under my kitchen sink and the drain to the access point outside the house and knew I just needed a simple drain line snake from the access point outside. I was quoted more than twice what I had paid in the past and I had to pay a $59 service call fee for him to listen to what I had already told the scheduler and pop open his tablet and give me a pre-set price out of their system. I called and spoke with the Service Manager about my disappointment over not receiving even a range only to get an immediate quote (and a high one) when his service person had not even looked at anything. His response was that they don't know what the price will be until they come out and look at the problem. Well, the only thing he looked at was his tablet to give me that price, so seems like if he could give that without doing any investigating, it isn't such a reach to expect the office to be able to tell you what the minimum charge would be for the service. I called another local plumbing company I have used in the past, but was not available today and even after paying Big B's service call fee, I will still be far below what they quoted for the snake/cabling.

After getting home from my vacation, I noticed a leak in my backyard faucet.
The next morning it was spraying water everywhere, I asked my wife to call a plumber. She called Big B, and they came out that morning. They charged almost 300.00 for probably a dollar part. They did fix the problem, but the price seems way to much for the job.

Compare to different company they charge way up and work not satisfaction guaranteed.......they don't even refund for the work undone.......not recommended.......

I called big bs plumbing back to come clear a drain they charged me 700.00 and dom a technician for big bs told me he had broke his snake on my drain but it wasn't a big deal it would just pass through the drain. 2 months later I'm backed up again I called them to come out and make it rite and the manager said he wasn't going to make it rite because dom never broke his snake. Very unprofessional and over price.

Tim was amazing. I had a clogged kitchen sink that refused to unclog. The prior plumber tech worked the problem for over an hour, but my kitchen sink remained stubborn and refused to drain. However, his colleague, Tim, was called in to assist. Low and behold! Tim saved the day. He unclog my kitchen sink and followed up with snaking a camera through my kitchen pipes to ensure the problem was completely resolved. This company entire staff screamed professional and resilient from conversations on the phone to in person technicians. Thank you!
