Excellent work by Tom and Hunter, I had a backed up kitchen sink drain that was actually caused by the main drain line being backed up, I'm a first time home owner and these unexpected expenditures can knock the wind out of me, but Big B Plumbing to the rescue, I have used them a couple times over the past 7 years I've been in my home that the Lord blessed me with and they never disappoint, I see some complaints about high cost and IMHO it has a lot to do with inflation, but I digress, thank you Big B for taking care of this Disabled Navy Veteran. BZ!

Big B's plumbing service was a wonderful experience. Jessie(#1) showed up on time very professional, knowledgeable. Had the job done quickly. Never pressured us or tried to say we needed other repairs that were not necessary he even dis repairs for my neighbor afterwards. Would definitely recommend BIG B's plumbing services. We have now used Big B's plumbing for a couple small projects and one very large on our old home. Jesse came out to our house and set up a water connection to our refrigerator. He was quick and got the job done right! Both of our toilets started leaking and water began coming out of our sink and bath drains. Tom R came out and cleared out the pipes as well as possible. He was great to work with and very helpful! We then found a leak under our driveway which ended up being our main water line. This was a very big and expensive job. After a few quotes, we chose to go with Big B's again. Shaun B, Jimmie P, and Jose P worked tirelessly for over a week and kept great communication about the entire process. We are very pleased with the end result and have peace of mind that the job was done right with a great warranty. They even fixed a slow drain in one of our bathrooms for free! Thank you so much guys!

For anyone in need of a plumbing need DO NOT!!! Use this company. They are a complete rip off. They came out and realigned a hose and tighten a clamp for $297.00 that took them three minutes to fix.

They are absolutely taking advantage of their customers. Be aware !!! They are frauds!!!

they charge $99 to undo kitcken sink, while you dont know exact ETA. They are schduled to show, dont know when, is frustration. Free camera set up analysis. great work,

This the second time we called Big B's plumbing and again everything was done to perfection. On our recent visit Randy P came out to fix a leak we were having and to do a maintenance on our Tankless Water Heater. Every step of the way he provided detail information on what he was doing to assess the issue and he detailed how it will be fixed. It was obvious that he cares about his customers and goes above and beyond (in my opinion) to insure we have the correct information and answers to our questions to allow us to make the best decisions for our home. He did an amazing job and this is a testament to Big B's and their staff.

Had great Service! Randy came by to hook up my dryer and it was done in a quick and easy fashion. Randy noticed my gas valve was damaged and needed to be replaced he went ahead and got everything done in less than an hour. Very informative and got a very reasonable rate for the service. I would highly recommend!

I'd contacted Big B's plumbing to have someone take a look at a faulty water heater. I was impressed with their friendliness, organization, and individuals that I'd worked with. Randy came out on-site the same day and was thorough in his assessment, recommendation, and next steps. The price seems to be fair, especially for the qualifications of those that are staffed and the materials/turnaround/warranty offered. I am working through final steps on my end before having the work completed, but have had a great experience so far and would gladly recommend the service. Thank you, Randy!
