Called them after a different company delayed their visit and couldn't come out on time. Our water heater had stopped working so we had no hot water with a 1 year old. Ryan the technician came and said its going to be a $500 fix at least if not replacing the whole heater which would be $1800 and that he cannot do it then on Friday so he needs to come back only on Monday to fix it because he doesnt have the parts on him. We were skeptical about his quote and told him we would think about it after we were charged a $100 visit basically for wasting our time. Conveniently enough, the tech from the first company we called in showed up at the door after he had finished a previous job later than expected. David, an older gentleman examined the issue and determined that he can fix it quickly just for $235 which he did within less than 1 hour and the heater is still running great and we have hot water for the weekend. I usually don't post negative reviews but this one is well deserved because its either the technician didn't know what he is doing or just tried to rip us off - either way - no bueno!

Initially I thought I could take care of a clogged kitchen sink (as I have done several times before). I soon realized that this time I was in over my head and needed a professional. It was late in the evening when I called Big B's Plumbing. Javier Alonso arrived shortly after (on his day off). He quickly assessed the situation, quoted me a price that was far below what I was expecting (I've heard how expensive plumbers can be). Within less than two hours he repaired the damage I had done and unclogged my sink. He was very courteous and professional. Thanks for the great service Javier! Strongly recommend Big B's Plumbing to anyone that needs a plumber.

I had an emergency here my studio and submitted a appointment request around 830am, they came out by 1pm and fixed the issue.

Ryan helped me and was very informative of what he was doing and patient with my inability to describe exactly what was happening with our toilet leak.

The price was right, no gouging what so ever, and he was in and out within an hour and stayed around as well to make sure nothing started leaking again.

Extremely professional and friendly! They will now be my go to for all my business needs.

Javier from Big B's Plumbing came to my home today . I needed a second opinion, first plumbing company wanted to charge an excessive amount of money to make changes that were not necessary. I went out to the garage and heard water trickling. I knew it could only be the water heater. Big B was called and Ryan came to the rescue at 11:00 pm on a Sunday night. It was the water heater. Dry wall was damaged so he even connected a temp. connection to the new untill other repairs are completed. I am totally impressed how God had him available for us. He is the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!......

Awesome service, Aron came out and fixed my water heater on a home service warranty. While he was at the house asked him about a few other thing and was able to get them covered under warranty. Then of course i found a random leak from behind the fridge took care of that also. Just went above and beyond for customer service and support. Just felt they were there to help and not just make money.

Horrible service!!!!!! This company tried to charge 7,000.00 when the job was 1,000.00!! Wow I can't believe our buisness trusted this company ! I was told to go with them and was blown away with the way they run their buisness, when I confronted them with the price they said nothing..... they were surprised I got a second opinion. One thing is a couple hundred difference but wow 7 k difference. Our company will never do buisness with this company again!
