First and foremost, fat boy plumbing is horrible. They came to fix a problem that caused another problem. This is through my home warranty so it's not a plumber that I chose to hire. They came back for a recall and he stood there for 2 minutes without touching a damn thing and was told to send a video of the problem, which I did but he never messaged or called me back. Instead, I got an email that I owe an $85 service call fee because the plumber said they found no problem. How is this fair when he didn't even touch a damn thing or listened to what I was explaining. He is very unprofessional, rude and lazy!!!! Thanks for nothing plumbing man!

Called this company originally cause of the good reviews they had and set up an appointment. Poor responsiveness, constant rescheduling. Not good. Did not fix the plumbing issue I had. I would not recommend using this company.

Complete waste! Unreliable, came out to fix sink but due to not having the parts handy they left. Unfortunately, didn't give estimated time of when they would return and just never came back. Didn't call us back or anything. Just not a good company and do not recommend.

I would rate this company LESS than 1 star if I could. This company is unresponsive & inefficient. They don't answer calls during business hours, schedule appointments and fail to show up, fail to respond to messages left, and have an apparent lack of concern for their customers. Our water heater has been out for more than a week. They came out to assess and ordered a part, but it has been almost a week since it arrived and we're STILL without hot water! They never showed up to install the part after setting an appointment to do just that! This is completely UNPROFESSIONAL and UNACCEPTABLE!

Contacted through home warranty. Came out and gave an estimate. Approved the work to be done. Never came back (missed scheduled appointment) and stopped answering phone calls. Literally 3 weeks with no hot water. Warranty company finally cancelled their work approval. Avoid by all means.

Maverick was the plumber that came out to our house to investigate a leak. He was friendly and seemed to have diagnosed our leak. However, this fix didn't actually fix our leak. Big boy has not submitted the paperwork to our home warranty which is completely stopping any progress on fixing our leak. The business does not answer calls from HWA or from my husband. The voicemail is full. We are hoping to see progress this week in a response to our calls and texts.

Another toilet leak.  I tried to look for Ricardo's phone number and ended up posting on Yelp.  I get a message from Ricardo on what the estimate was to fix the issue but he was not free until the next day.  Meanwhile 3 other companies gave me their quotes and there were substantially higher.  When I mentioned the quote I got, one of the callers even laughed at me and said ""good luck"".

Ricardo called me later in the day and said he can swing by the next day if I was still looking for a plumber.  I gave him the job and as usual, he came on time.  15 minutes later, the issue was resolved.  Not sure about the negative reviews he has here.  This is the 2nd time I have used Big Boy Plumber and do not see why I have to look elsewhere.

Don't even bother using them. This is who we go through for our warranty and never again. They can't even finish their job. Our water heater has not been working properly for months and they just take their sweet time. I understand a few days but MONTHS?? This company is very unprofessional. I called the day off of work because they said they would be coming today to fix the problem. I wait all day. Nobody answers the phone. Nobody calls me to let me know that they weren't coming. I called off a second time because they said they will be coming out but they don't know what time. NO SHOW AGAIN. No call to let me know that they weren't coming. And again nobody answers the phone.
