Don't even bother using them. This is who we go through for our warranty and never again. They can't even finish their job. Our water heater has not been working properly for months and they just take their sweet time. I understand a few days but MONTHS?? This company is very unprofessional. I called the day off of work because they said they would be coming today to fix the problem. I wait all day. Nobody answers the phone. Nobody calls me to let me know that they weren't coming. I called off a second time because they said they will be coming out but they don't know what time. NO SHOW AGAIN. No call to let me know that they weren't coming. And again nobody answers the phone.

Another toilet leak.  I tried to look for Ricardo's phone number and ended up posting on Yelp.  I get a message from Ricardo on what the estimate was to fix the issue but he was not free until the next day.  Meanwhile 3 other companies gave me their quotes and there were substantially higher.  When I mentioned the quote I got, one of the callers even laughed at me and said ""good luck"".

Ricardo called me later in the day and said he can swing by the next day if I was still looking for a plumber.  I gave him the job and as usual, he came on time.  15 minutes later, the issue was resolved.  Not sure about the negative reviews he has here.  This is the 2nd time I have used Big Boy Plumber and do not see why I have to look elsewhere.

Was not happy with the experience I had with big boy plumber. This review is not based on the actual work since for some reason I could not get them to come. I reached out based on a referral, and made an appointment. I waited for hours for them to come and when they never came I reached out apparently the owner was under the assumption that someone had contacted me to reschedule because he couldn't make it. Fine. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because things happen and oh well. We rescheduled for the next day and while I had a busy day I made sure to be here for a couple hours and wait in them to come. Once again no one came and when I reached out, I was left on read. Pretty crappy experience. Once again this is not based on the work this is based on the reliability of the business. Luckily I reached out to a different plumber who was here within 15 min of reaching out.

Showed up during the time frame explained what was happening and got to work,drain needed snaked with a heavier duty snake then the one that goes on a drill.

Again, Yelp! found me a plumber when I couldn't find one in my town. I got 3 responses quickly and Big Boy could get here first. They wanted more for the extra drive, but they ended up charging less than the original estimate. Using the Yelp! app, I texted them a photo of the leak, and even though I had no idea what I was looking at, they knew exactly what had broken. They brought the right parts and fixed it quickly. I'm very happy that it's fixed. I probably let the leak go on too long without doing anything, because it seemed very small. But then it got bigger. Once I noticed the sound and the plants growing fast next to the house, then suddenly I needed to rush. Oh well. Let that be a lesson for me to stay on top of these things better.
Big Boy deserves a good recommendation for quickly responding on Yelp!, making & keeping an appointment that suited me, asking good questions and diagnosing the leaky pressure regulator from the photo in advance.

Do not use this company, they are dishonest. They told my home warranty company that I had a broken sewer line and they never came onto my property. They came to my back gate, never called to tell me they were here and left. He was here 1 minute. Worst service I have ever had with a company.

We had an issue with our garbage disposal and a leak in the bathroom toilet tank. They were clean, polite, friendly, expedient, and professional. They were very reasonably priced. I would recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you for your help and you are now our go to plumbing company.

I would not recommend this service to anyone. After waiting over a week this company did not show. After multiple attempts of contact they did not respond. This was very disappointing as I had a serious hot water leak that needed to be repaired immediately and was paid in full through home warranty upon scheduling. When they actually did respond it was through text and said they would be there the next day. So having somebody wait again the next day they backed out of the repair and did not show once again. This seems to be a very unprofessional ran business and I would not recommend it to anyone.
