I hired Jesse and Tyler to install the electrical circuit for my spa but half way during the installation he said that they actually do not have a license and asked me to pay for their license. Mistake on me there for not asking for hard proof before hiring them. He then installed the circuit less than 5ft away from the spa so the city inspection did not pass. I asked him to fix it since they guaranteed that their installation will pass but he simply just ignored me. I ended up hiring a different licensed technician to finish his ""guaranteed"" work. Not to mentioned that they took an eternity to do the job but are so quick to ask for payments. They do sound friendly and nice at first when they give you a free estimate but once you're signed on with him, expect delay and excuses to start the job. Their company mentions ""trust in God"" but they do not go by God's word...

We had them replace the wall heater at our cabin. It was a tricky switchout but they got it handled quickly and even upgraded the thermostat in the process.
The new heater works great and we are very thankful for the quick install before the holiday season!

I have been a part time resident of Big Bear Lake since early 2020. I rent my place out when I am not there. It's been so hard to find people to come fix issues that pop up in a timely manner, since someone's vacation is on the line if I can't get a problem fixed before they arrive. Some of my issues have been small, but some have been VERY big.

Jesse and his team at Big Bear Home Mainenance and Repair are the only people I have worked with on the mountain who have ALWAYS showed up, always done great work, and always guarenteed their work.

I have hired other people who charged less, and been quite dissapointed with the outcome and usually been left in the dark with no follow up or phone calls.

I trust Jesse, and for me, that says a lot. Highly recommend! He is my first call for plumbing, electrical, water intrusion and so much more!

These guys are amazing. Since buying my little cabin in the spring I've had them out many times to investigate, fix, troubleshoot the various things that have gone wrong with my 1968 cabin. They're always polite, take the time to explain what they find, how to fix it, and give other suggestions as well. Great local company :)

I'm so fortunate to have been recommended to Jesse and his team through a Facebook big bear group. I can honestly say he answered my prayers as I have hired and worked with multiple handy and contract pple on big bear from pple ripping us off, to not completing the job, doing a poor job and not being responsive/reliable. Jesse and his team are the complete opposite. He was responsive since day 1 and turns out, he and his team can do every handy project needed that he's done almost 10 jobs for me in the 2 short months I've known him. Here are pics of just one job he's done for me. Before and after repairing a dry wall hole in our ceiling. Amazing detail. Very clean and professional. I will certainly be referring him to others and using him for any home project need. He is licensed and very honestly priced he is a good guy with a good head on his shoulders. Jesse and his guys are awesome. Right before the blizzard I had a roof leak. I ordered both snow removal and roof repair and both were done timely (with a little follow up - most Big Bear maintenance people need A LOOOOOT of follow up and they were minimal), and for fair pricing, easy billing and payment. Jesse and his team have saved the day for us on more than one occasion! It seems that they can do everything. They've done emergency plumbing work for us, repaired our heater, installed a dishwasher, and recently pumped out water that had been flooding our home due to record-breaking snow. Jesse is always impressively responsive and great to work with. We are so appreciative and, time and time again, we don't know what we would have done without him and his team!

I had new quartz counters put in and John did the most outstanding job. My counters are beautiful. They are getting ready to build my awning and I am confident it will be done right and look beautiful as well.
Jesse always gets back to me right away he is great. They also hauled away all my trash the had accumulated since I moved in. Great company I would recommend them to anyone.
