Jesse and his guys are awesome. Right before the blizzard I had a roof leak. I ordered both snow removal and roof repair and both were done timely (with a little follow up - most Big Bear maintenance people need A LOOOOOT of follow up and they were minimal), and for fair pricing, easy billing and payment. Jesse and his team have saved the day for us on more than one occasion! It seems that they can do everything. They've done emergency plumbing work for us, repaired our heater, installed a dishwasher, and recently pumped out water that had been flooding our home due to record-breaking snow. Jesse is always impressively responsive and great to work with. We are so appreciative and, time and time again, we don't know what we would have done without him and his team!

These guys are very good! Called and they were out the next day to help figure out a gas leak in our furnace in our garage. They showed up on time and figured out the issue very fast! They were very professional and extremely nice! Thank you for all of your help!

I had new quartz counters put in and John did the most outstanding job. My counters are beautiful. They are getting ready to build my awning and I am confident it will be done right and look beautiful as well.
Jesse always gets back to me right away he is great. They also hauled away all my trash the had accumulated since I moved in. Great company I would recommend them to anyone.

The worst experience I've had in big bear lake!! They will lie to your face. They get 1 star for being responsive.

I hired them to paint 4 decks by Sunday.
I told them I would provide the paint. When the worker showed up I was late to the job, and he started working on the property. That's awesome, it wasn't until I had another employee show up and he didn't want to get in his way on unit 1 so he left. He said he will be back. I didn't know I was going to be charged for this time. I told him he could work on unit two or three or four, he repeated ""I'll be back"".

The agreement that we had was that he would paint 4 decks and the single step in back. We had 3 gallons of quality porch paint for small 70 sq ft decks. After he was done sanding the front decks he painted one deck and said we would need more paint. He had went through a gallon and a half (lie). For a job like this they don't have they don't have pro tools. He had a Home Depot roller and a 3"" brush. Every time I've had outdoor paint jobs, it's been fast with paint guns. NOT HERE!

Not questioning that he would need more paint because I just wanted the job done, I didn't look at the paint left, it was already 330 so I rushed out to buy I wanted to 3 more gallons! I knew he would be staying late so I bought him a chicken dinner as well.

Needless to say It took me almost 2 hours and when I returned he was sitting in his truck.... Not painting, cleaning up or doing anything he was hired for. He never even started painting the next unit even though he had ample paint to finish while I was gone. He then told me he would have to come back on Monday to finish. I asked ""not the weekend? I needed to done before Monday,""
That was the reason I hired you. He said he would work it out with his boss and left.

I realize he was only a messenger for a Jesse, but this was ridiculous. He left all of his sanding papers everywhere, NEVER swept up any paint chips ONLY blew them around with his blower, (photos attached) and the place was a mess!!!! Now I was without a finished job before Monday.

So, I brought out my own paint gun, and my own paint brushes, and finished the job. It only needed 3 gallons.

If you want to pay someone to do a half job, while sitting on the job and getting paid these are your guys. My cameras show that all he did while I was gone was sit in his car. Not to mention when he left for an hour and a half ... that was on my dime! That was the time that HEEEE suggested to leave. Baffling the stupidity I felt when he charged for a full day of causing me more of a headache. They upcharge the materials too. Watch out!

The best part.... I finished all 4 units with my original 3 gallons of paint. He barely touched the second gallon if at all. I never had to buy more paint he only wanted me off property so he could goof off.

Don't hire them. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I highly recommend J/Os plumbing. They're quick and efficient and always on top of their game. I had a rat chew through one of my pipes and caused a bad leak. Jesse and his team were out there the next day and replaced the pipe. 5 stars! Thanks JO and crew!

I've used Jesse and his team for about a year and a half at my home in BBL. They've come out about 6 different times to do various projects. Each project was completed with care and expertise. There are so many flakey contractors so I'm glad I found Jesse and BBHM!
