I have used Biard & Crockett on many occasions over many years usually in emergency situations. They have always been very knowledgeable and quickly responsive. My latest was a suspected water leak under my house and they immediately came out to see what was going on without charge. I call them the Cadillac of plumbing and HVAC contractors because their technicians always know tricks of the trade that others don't. Besides they are easy to deal with. Biard and Crockett have been my go to for Plumbing. They are prompt and on time. They do a great job no matter what the issue is. Installation of a new kitchen faucet, frozen parts on a 30 year old bathroom shower handle, install new hot water tank. Service guys are friendly and alway considerate and mindful to doing the job without a big mess. Area has always been cleaned up and old parts taken away. I would recommend them for any plumbing needs you might have.
