Periodic scheduled maintenance can be a double-edged sword, at first convenient yet another thing to worry about breaking down. Three years since replacing my water heater and having B&C call me annually to check their workmanship is a load off my shoulders and mind.

Their technician, Trevor, was thoroughly professional, on-time and I even had a map to show me where he was as he was on his way. Now this kind of technology I can get behind.
