Our hot water heater began leaking and we needed a new one installed. We've used BG Plumbing before and called right away. He's professional, personable and doesn't try to up sell you on things you don't need. He gets in, gets the job done, and does it well. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend

Needed to get our outside faucets replaced and our stove gas line recessed into the wall so our new electric stove would fit properly. BG Plumbing came in and saved the day. We talked over our options for our faucets and decided against my original idea thanks for the knowledgable plumber and came back on their next available opening and recessed our gas line for the stove. Everything went smooth and I appreciated the upfront and honest feedback provided. I'll keep their info handy for any future help needed.

Had to call multiple times for someone to answer. I explained the issue (same issue happens in every single household, sooner or later) I literally told them the brand of faucet with issue, the shape of the faucet, the size of the faucet, the location of the faucet, the age of the house and was I was told $200 just to come out and first available time to go out would be at least 8 days out. Yet their Yelp advertisement says under 1 hour response time. No thanks, not every homeowner is naive gullible and incompetent.

Our appointment this morning (which I had thought was another day, but Mr. Rusev graciously came anyway) was indeed a pleasurable experience. He arrived promptly, quickly assessed the problem, and made the necessary adjustments. The price was reasonable, and certainly worth it. We have already asked him back, for another job.
