So our water heater started leaking water. It's one of those things one dreads but needs to be taken care of sooner than later. We didn't have a regular plumber to call out. Found BG Plumbing on Yelp with very high ratings. Needless to say they more than live up to what they've been rated. Extremely professional, a prompt response to our initial request, they keep their committed appointment to the minute, installation of quality products, reasonable pricing, an efficient & expert installation which also brought the water heater configuration up to code. We have a new quality water heater thanks to Tsanko & Evan who made short work of this job. We highly recommend BG Plumbing. You won't be disappointed. It's also nice to know we now have a regular plumber we can call to take care of any future plumbing problems. Honestly they're the best plumbing company we've ever dealt with.

The owner was extremely receptive and helpful. I would call before the hours of operation and he would call me back before they even officially opened. I was having issues with my water heater and he helped me out in 2 different occasions with stuff I could do to fix it. He was a perfect gentleman over the phone as well. On a Wednesday evening when the temperature was in the 20's our water heater stopped working. We called a number of the big name plumbers. One came out the next morning and gave us a quote. As you can imagine we were tempted to accept it even though we thought it high. Taking a cold shower makes one desperate. But we looked on Yelp under "Ten Best Plumbers" and called "BG Plumbers". The owner, came to the house 30 minutes after the call. He gave us a quote that was $600 less than the other firm. He did the job in an hour. We are extremely pleased.

After quit search I reached BG Plumbing and spoke with the technician about the hot water heater issue. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He was able to fit me in the schedule for next morning. Highly recommend! I needed a plumber to fix a broken tub faucet in my rental property that was running constantly. Tsanka fit me in that day and really went the extra mile to get the job done right, even spending a couple minutes to educate my tenants about how to care for the new faucet. I felt his price was extremely fair for the work he did. He's quick to respond to phone calls/texts and kept me informed...which is important to me since I currently manage this property from another state. Hopefully I don't need to but I wouldn't hesitate to call him again! I honestly believe this is a plumber you can trust to do the job right and charge you fairly.

Excellent service. Tsanko came out to our home on time and gave us a detailed run down of our water heater and it's needs and services. This is our first home so we have zero idea of anything related to it. We decided to call him instead of using our home insurance. He quoted us a very fair price and let us know a timeline of when those services might be needed as well as what it would look like when something does need to be changed. Needless to say we will not be using insurance when the time comes, instead will be using this company to have everything taken care of. If you are in your first home and need plumbing services I highly recommend you use this company. I know we will from here forward.

Late on a Sunday even, we discovered our kitchen faucet was leaking and dripping into the cabinet beneath. We shut down the water to the sink and we're prepared to wait until later in the week to have a functioning kitchen sink. After all, it was Sunday, followed by a holiday, which meant surely no one would be able to help us until later in the week, right?

Absolutely wrong! I sent a message via the Yelp app to BG Plumbing late, LATE Sunday night and had a response from the owner, Tsanko, early Monday morning. After describing the problem to him, and receiving valuable recommendations as to how to proceed with fixing the problem, he promised to be over at noon. He arrived promptly and ready to get started. He provided excellent feedback to us as he completed the repair and didn't mind at all discussing future upgrades, be they real or hypothetical; Installing a tankless hot water system or the possibility of running a beer tap to an unused hole on the kitchen sink! (The latter just might happen if we can get the Mrs. on board)

The job was finished quickly, cleanly, and without error. BG Plumbing will be my company of choice for years to come! Thank you for an honest quote and quality work!

This guy is super nice and did an awesome job. The only reason why I took a star off is because after installing our water softener he didn't start it properly. So we ended up having to do it ourselves. Not a huge deal for us but I can imagine people can have problems with this or just not even realize to begin with there was a problem. I would recommend him overall though.
