Tony and his team, including Norman, were great to work with. We had to get the sewer lateral replaced in our new home we purchased. His price was better than the other 3 estimates we got by a long shot, and he was very up front and honest about the work to be done and scope of the project. It was a little stressful for us because the sewer line ran through the back yard of our house instead of out to the street which meant digging up our newly purchased yard! We were concerned about the ramifications of this, but Norman came and used a camera to map out the line and then went over with us the path the sewer line took and what possible things would need to be dug up in the process. He was so kind and patient with us in explaining the process and really made us feel that they would take care of it not to worry. They encountered some unexpected problems along the way of the replacement, including a completely collapsed sewer line, and kept us informed the entire time. They still finished on time and did a fantastic job! They cleaned up everything when they finished and communicated with us throughout the entire process. I can not recommend Tony and his team highly enough!!!!!!!!! I would call them again for any plumbing issue, but hopefully I will not have any more!!

Beyond Plumbing are true professionals! I had a leak in my main water line which forced me to turn the water on and off manually anytime I needed to use it. Angel came to assess the situation and gave me an honest explanation of the repairs needed. After speaking with Angel, I felt it was the responsibility of my HOA to pay for the repair. Angel was a a true angel, offering to lend me one of his tools to make turning the water on and off easier. After over a week of finagling, my HOA finally agreed to pay for the repairs but forced us to go with one of their plumbers. Angel was very professional and understanding about the situation, even offering to pick up his tool at a later date. If I ever need a plumber in the future, Beyond Plumbing will be the first guys I call!

These guys are wonderful. Tony and his crew were very prompt, honest and professional. I got several quotes and theirs fell solidly in the middle range for a very big sewer lateral job. Our sewer lateral runs 200 feet to the back of our 1/4 acre property and it is a relatively steep descent that they had to work on. I had 3 different plumbing companies come out and give me quotes while my husband was at work. They were very respectful and did a great job explaining what needed to be done. One of the other plumbing companies gave me a ridiculously high quote (because I am a woman?) and the other lowball company seemed incompetent and didn't explain anything. I can't speak highly enough of beyond plumbing. They did great work.

They were great! I got a lot of estimates and everybody else made the process of replacing the sewer lateral sound so complicated. Antonio was clear, didn't add extraneous items, and did exactly what he said he would do. Can't get much better than that!

Wow, these guys rock! They showed up on time to replace my sewer lateral and I have never met such a high quality and hard working crew. I had no idea what a process it was to do this and these guys really know what they are doing! Super professional, reasonably priced and they take really good care of you. Highly recommend!

These guys are great. I had an after hours job that needed to get done and within an hour Norman was on it. The fact that these guys were able to A) answer their phone and B) send someone out after 6pm was amazing. Norman was super professional and got the job done in a couple of hours. And at a reasonable rate too. Definitely gonna call these guys the next time I need work done on my place.

In January this year( 2015) Tony and his crew completely replaced my sewer lateral. Very reasonably priced for such a massive undertaking. Tony very patiently answered all my questions, via email, phone and in person. It's been a couple of months and things are working flawlessly which is much better than the original compromised old sewer line.
If you undertake such an adventure, be aware that they have to create the new sewer line on the property and feed it through the old sewer line. This means they have to route an awkward semi-flexible pipe around the outside of your house, so expect the occasional bent fence bar or broken branch (all recoverable.) If you have something on the property they need to steer around (I have some orange trees) just let them know and they will take care of it.

Tony and his team were very professional and did an amazing job to replace our sewer lateral from the edge of our property to the city sewer (we're in Oakland). I had found a permit from the prior home owner that showed that Tony's team had done the sewer lateral from the house to the edge of the property back in 2008. I'm so glad that I found this and worked with them to continue the great work that they had done. They also matched the other estimate I had gotten from another company.

It was very clear to me that Tony was an expert and knew what he was taking about when he assessed the situation and provided the estimate. Unlike Streamline Plumbing, which used scare tactics with me, Tony made me feel at ease with what he was proposing. Overall, I look forward to working with him on any future plumbing needs that we have!
