Tony was very professional to work with. Since I was not local, we did all of our business via phone and he made it very easy. I was on a tight deadline to get a sewer lateral done and he took care of it quickly, without issues and exceeded my expectations. When I list another Oakland home, there is NO DOUBT I will be calling Tony and his team.
PS. My client had to clear some final items out of the home and there was staff still there. They were friendly and offered to help her put them in her car. She called me overjoyed!

This company was referred to us for sewer line evaluation and possible replacement. Matt Driscoll came late with apologies, put a video camera into the sewer line and said it needed replacing. I paid him $75 cash for his time, which he still hasn't given me a receipt for, and he gave me a high bid for the work, with the wrong legal entities responsible in the quote. Two other quotes were Finally, after repeated calls, emails and texts he revised the quote to at least have the correct companies references.

I got a call from these guys months after my original call. They apologized and said they didn't know why they hadn't called me back. I told them I already had the work done. The guy was nice and apologized and then followed up with a text. So a few months later when it was time to do my lateral sewer, I called to ask for a quote. I also explained I have some other stuff do be done. They came over but then never followed up with a quote. Really don't understand how folks like this stay in business.

We had a completely blocked sewer lateral a few weeks back. We contacted 2 sewer companies. One came first and pulled a big number out of their hats. Tony came second but did his homework. Gave us a free video inspection. They knew exactly what was going on and how to fix it. They gave us a price ($3000 cheaper then the other guy) and stuck by it. They did a great job, fast and with minimal mess. They put all new trench-less pipes and we are good for many years.
Thanks to Tony, Matt and not least the crew who do a difficult, unpleasant job with humor. Much credit to them.

I purchased my home a few months ago, and after procrastinating for a long time and having an extension. I finally realized that the deadline was coming sooner than I remembered. After contacting a few companies and getting very high estimates, we decided to go with BP, Matt Driscoll gave us a reasonable estimate price and showed the confidence for me to make the decision to use them. With such a short notice within a week, a crew of like 10 people, couple trucks and a digger came in and took care of my lateral sewer in a matter of hours, broke the middle of street open, the sidewalk. As fast as they finished, they left everything clean and organized. Covered the holes and I got my compliance certificate.
Matt was very professional and confident of his work. I highly recommend these people.

After I report my unsatisfied experience last time, the company contact me and apologize for the bad service I had. They told me the plumber guy who did the service was a part time back up worker for the company. And they were willing to provide me another professional service to make up whatever I did not satisfy with.
The second service came out pretty well! The plumber guy was super nice and professional. He made sure everything was going well and shown us the main sewer that under the street to prove that the water from our property went through well to the main sewer.
I'm happy with the follow up service and will choose them again for future services. (But I will require them not to sent me back up guys, lol)

Recently moved into a flipped home and I came to the realization our kitchen sink pipe was not connected to the sewer lateral! Luckily, I got a hold of the seller and they said Beyond Plumbing did the original work.

With that said, Tony (owner), came by and assured me that the problem would be fixed. I asked him to pay for the 2 previous plumber invoices who came to diagnosis the problem. Tony had no problem with it. Given the circumstances, I'm happy how Tony handled everything. He was responsive to all my questions and concerns and had the situation fixed quickly. He even gave me a 5 year guarantee on the work.

Sewer lateral work.

They were the lowest bid of 4 and kicked ass.

The highest bid was 4K more and we would have had to wait 3 weeks... clearly some shops are taking advantage of the new law that requires sellers to do the work.

I highly recommend Beyond Plumbing for their excellent professional work and for not sticking it to us.
