Wow! I read all the reviews clear back to 2013. It sounds like Bestline Plumbing is consistently bad. The reason I read all the reviews, we too received a flyer on our door. Oddly enough, at the same time we received the flyer, our two water heaters went out. We have an earthquake override protection shutoff on our gas line at the meter which if bumped hard or hit, it turns the gas off at the meter. Strange to me that we get a flyer to check the furnace (which is also gas) and the water heater for those problem at the same time our gas goes out.
I am wondering if anyone else had the same experience?
Sounds like they deserve a minus star.......but you have to give them at least one star.

These people apparently HATE their jobs. Rude, smart-mouthed and angry with customers. The rude recorded message is a clue to what your about to experience. PASS THEM UP!!

Really Good Company. Been around since 1973. Owner has all Licence under his name (rare). He carries; B-General Building Contractor, A- General Engineering Contractor, ASB- Asbestos, C20- Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating And Air-Conditioning, C23- Ornamental, C33- Painting and Decorating, C36- Plumbing, C39- Roofing. The owner Leonard is a little old school over the phone. But as you can see hes way over qualified to answer any questions. People just need to listen. I called them to clean my drain. Its was only $69 dollars. When they came out thats when I met Leonard. Hes 67 years old and still runs the snake under the sink. Wow!
I would use his company for all my plumbing needs going forward.

These people are seriously messed up. I just got text spammed by these guys. The texts goes along the lines of pretending to be a customer promoting Bestline and they so great, yada yada bleh! What a bunch of annoying douchebags! Other companies know better than to bother you through text. Didn't want to use them before and still don't want to use them in the future!

WOW. To be truthful about my encounter with this company, I fired them before they even made it to my house! I called to ask if they would be able to provide a particular service and the man I spoke with was unsure. I politely dismissed myself from the telephone conversation and we hung up. I later received a voicemail from the man I spoke with and in the voicemail he was cursing and making threats to me. I was baffled at what I was hearing. Completely unprofessional and seems to me this guy has some anger issues. I called back to speak with the owner and they wouldn't even give me a name. I've never encountered such terrible customer service. If your considering using this company, slap yourself and take your money somewhere else!

Worst customer service ever!!!

The male receptionist was rude and disrespectful, he blamed the customer for not answering his phone call and made unnecessary comments. The technician did not show for scheduled appointment. I waited at home from 9 to 12, no one came, no one called.

Just as the other reviews suggest, this has got to be one of the most unprofessional companies out there. My company reached out to Bestline Plumbing to give them an opportunity to bid on a multi residential construction project last week and they expressed their interest. Logically, I followed up to see if they had received the construction documents pertaining to said project. Much to my surprise, I was rudely told by a guy named Jack that no one ever spoke to me or my company and he then proceeded to hang up the phone on me before I had a chance to finish my sentence. This was a routine follow up call that is done with all sub contractors by my company. Yes, Jack an employee from Bestline, turned down an opportunity to potentially earn his company more money.

Anyone reading this who is considering using them for any work, steer clear as this company lacks basic level professionalism. The 1.5 stars and other reviews speak for themselves. Im glad Jack gave me the treatment he did because I'm positive hiring this company for my project would've been a huge liability. Thanks Jack!

Unprofessional.

Completely ignore customer ""service.""

Made an appointment to have plumber come to my home between 9-11 a.m. to repair tankless water heater. Did not hear from the company and so called them at 10:45 to ascertain status of repair person. Told plumber leaving another job and would contact me with ETA. Never received any further communication from Bestline Plumbing.

1st--they didn't even bother to call to say they were running late.
2nd-when I was forced to call them with status, they were completely unresponsive.

Still have no word from the company or the plumber.

Unbelievable that this company remains in business. Given the numerous other complaints they obviously don't give a damn about customers.

The technician just busted a new toilet while fixing my friends sewer line and he refused to accept responsibility for it. We called the office to ask for a remedy and was told ""my boss doesn't feel it's our fault"". Completely amateur, immature response to not handling a call well. They say they aren't responsible despite photos. This BRAND NEW unit had been used for only two weeks and was in working order before he stuck an auger down into the toilet! I asked our contractor and he said ""Any plumber knows that ramming an auger in the ceramic could break it."" This guy did break it and left us with a $500 expense! AVOID this business at ALL COSTS. You WILL REGRET it if you don't!

Contact them. They Gave me a very good Price to clean out a main drain. it was $40 Cheaper than several I had called. They came promptly and took a look at other issues and offered me a competitive bid on this as well. I will use them again when I have too.
