I am here to add to the growing list of customers absolutely dissatisfied with Bestline Plumbing. I decided to give them the benefit of a doubt after I read a lot of bad reviews focused on the boss's character, but not on the plumbing work itself. I was wrong. Carlos was pleasant enough, took his shoes off before entering the house, and he even poked his head underneath the house to look at our pipes. Set an appointment for Monday, no one showed up. I had to call them to find out that the plasterer was sick and no one would be coming out. I took Monday off for that and felt bitterly disappointed. We set it for Tuesday. I had to contact them again to find out that the boss canceled the contract because he thought the contracted amount of $1400 was too low! Most plumbers I spoke to said the job would cost $1300-$1400 so that was suspect. Honestly, the boss did me a favor by canceling my contract Without My Knowledge(they didn't bother to call me about anything), because I was able to get the leak fixed without being charged $1400+ to go through the wall and/or underneath the house. Please do yourself a huge favor by Not Going with Bestline Plumbing! They also told me they don't care about these Yelp reviews, but those reading them definitely should. You will thank yourself later. They Do Not Deserve a Star but I Had to choose one for the review. I recommend you go with Overland Plumbing. They worked with me, called me back to tell me they were going to be late, but they came out and took care of the leak within an hour and charged me less than anyone else quoted. They even guaranteed their work for 90 days or he would come back and fix it minus what was charged.

This is not about the quality of work as we never got that far. I made an appointment for a bathroom replacement estimate with Jack for January 2, 2024 at 3:00pm. Jack informed me Louis would be the one to do the estimate. I had to leave work early to be home on time for this appointment. At 3:20pm, still a no-show, I called Jack. He said to call Louis and gave me his number and indicated ""he should be there soon, but call him to get an estimated arrival time"". When I called Louis, he said he was finishing up a job in another city and would not be able to be at my home any time soon. He said ""Jack never gave me your information so I need to call Jack and will call you back in ten minutes."" That was 18 hours ago.
I wanted to use a family operated company in my area and his advertising indicated he was ""honest and reliable"".....
Try someone else....anyone else, as he apparently does not need any new business..

The owner advised me to the technician directly. No showed on the first arrival window given. Agreed to the following day, with a new arrival window. No showed again. I texted asking if he was still coming, he said yes. No ETA provided and showed up 90 minutes later. Not going to beg you to take my work! Went with another company.

David called me to tell me he was on his way. He is very comfortable and mild manner. He went right to work doing the inspection on my furnace and AC . All was good. I asked about a plumbing sound and he nailed it . He is now in my contacts for my plumbing ..

Unprofessional conduct: Today, 02/20/23, the Bestline Plumbing company owner entered my home for a 6-year warranty matter regarding a water heater I purchased from the company 2 years ago. I suspected a leak within the unit thus I showed the owner (a 72-year-old Caucasian male) the paid invoice and then he went absolutely berserk, verbally/profanely assaulting me and placing his hand in a threatening manner near my face. He vehemently denied the transaction ever occurred and accused me of not paying for the item and also accused me of robbing his business...absolute insanity! He also displayed this insane/threatening behavior in front of his three embarrassed employees as well. One of his senior employees unsuccessfully tried to calm him down, and walked him away from my home. Avoid this company at all cost. Rating: negative 5 stars. The company's Home Improvement License number is 323732.

I called this company out to change a washer. I already had the parts. Edward charge me $140.00. The next day when I took my shower it took over an hour for the water to drain. My shower drain had been draining/working fine the day be for, the week before, the month before and the year before this plumber came out to change the washer. I called the plumber he told me to call the office, which I did. A field supervisor was supposed to call me back. They never did. I do not recommend this company!

Horrible company and customer service. Even though they were given the address 3 times and had it spelled out for them, they still got it wrong, had a negative attitude about being corrected, and sent the technician (who was 10 minutes away) to the other end of the county. Then never responded that they were sending another tech 4 hours later- we found out when the tech called late in the day. By then we contracted another plumber. Stay away from these guys- if they can't get the dispatching of calls right, how can you feel confident in the quality of the actual service? Also, wish I had checked Yelp first- would not have wasted my time- 3/4 reviews are 1 or 2 stars. Facts.

I called for an appointment and the guy that answered was rude and acted like I was bothering him with trying to give them business. I made sure to cancel that appointment fast. I refuse to give my money to a rude company.

EXTREMELY unprofessional, RUDE and VULGAR. If I could give ZERO stars I would. After coming to my house for a short inspection, the guy was overcharging me. This company is full of a bunch of liars and thieves. Once I became hesitant on taking his service, he IMMEDIATELY started cursing, swearing and INSULTING ME directly to my face. I WOULD NOT recommend. Do NOT hire this company!!!
