I entered the plumbing and construction field 40 years ago in 1968. On a Saturday late afternoon while doing laundry, our drains backed up & we knew we had a problem. Called Bestline, left a message & within 15minutes Angel called me back. Edward was the plumber that was dispatched to come out & he showed up 30minutes later. He was very kind,professional & knew just what to do. We will never call another plumbing company but Bestline. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!, Please avoid this company and all cost. I wasted a full day waiting for service. Basically, I was given a window time frame between 9 and 12, I called at 12 and the owner Zach, had his plumber Omar, call me to give me an estimated time when he will be at my home, well Omar, said it would be between 1 and 2 and just to confirm my address, so I waited until 2:15 to call him back and Omar said he would be at my house in 15 minutes , 20 minutes later he called me to ask what were the cross streets to my home, then 30 minutes later afterwards, he called me and said there was no such address . Really, really ! I was so upset at Bestline Plumbing for wasting my full day of waiting to get zero results . I tried calling Zach, the owner and his message says ""don't leave a message, your call will be soon returned , however , you can call another number "" I called that number and a guy answer and said he didn't work today and what is my address . I had given my address over and over to these people . Ugh ! I'm sure Omar , was happy that I canceled out of frustration, he said thank you and have a good day. I called the 800 number over and over and no answer. I'm sure Zach saw my number and ignored it to avoid my complaints.

Excellent, courteous, came over right away and affordable!

I extremely satisfied with the service bestline offers. I was able to speak to someone right away. Either they answered immediately or called back within minutes.

After calling on a previous day to get a quote, when I was finally ready to have someone come out, Angel their sewer line specialist was here within 20 mins. He got the tree roots out of the sewer line, walked me through everything he was doing and why and counseled me as to what my next step options would be.

It cost me less than half of what someone else charged the first time I had this issue and it took more work this time. Only $85!

I would recommend their service to everyone.

ZERO STARS is the rating I wish I could give them. I don't often leave reviews anymore but oh boy.

Brief summary: Awful customer service, Rude, Thieves.

Our mainline was backed up so we called this company to come out for an estimate. They told my dad a time, showed up an hour late, but that's still expected. They gave him an estimate of $120 and then the guy said he didn't have his snake machine with him and would have to go get it. Three hours later, he still hadn't return (and my dad took the day off work for this). Dad calls, they send out another guy an hour later. This guy takes $120 cash from my dad, but I didn't find out until the next day, that the work order says $85. Basically, they pocketed the extra cash and stole.

Now the fun part is, a little over 24 hours later, the same problems happened AGAIN. So since the work order says we have a 90-day guarantee for one additional cleaning, I gave them a call. The first time I called, it rang and rang until I got to the voicemail. The second time I called, I was met with the absolute worst customer service.

The guy who answered is also the same guy on the voicemail recording. I explained to him that we had just gotten a service done. He asked what the issue was, and so as a preface, I just noted to him that it was the exact thing that happened before they came out. I barely got through my one sentence before he rudely interrupted me with raised voice, ""WHAT - WHAT IS HAPPENING? YOU JUST SAID THAT ALREADY.""

I was taken aback, appalled by this rudeness, so I said, ""I'm sorry, but you don't have to be rude to me."" He then HUNG UP ON ME and continued to SCREEN, SILENCE, and IGNORE my phone calls (it rings once and goes straight to voicemail).

His company has a written GUARANTEE for an ADDITIONAL cleaning within the timeframe and he won't even take my calls to honor that. It's not even worth dealing with a company like this.

I called a different company and the plumber, on a hunch, asked me if someone had come out to work on this before and which company. When I told him this company's name, I was instantly met with the most disappointed, sympathetic, pitying reaction to the name. Why was this a hunch? Because other customers have dealt with similar situations with Bestline Plumbing. It's just not. a. good. idea.

So to all potential customers: please save your time and money, and go elsewhere. They advertise cheap but don't fall for it.

You won't be getting anymore business from us, and I hope other people won't have to deal with your poor business practices either.

NEVER use him!

Charged us $69 for a furnice check but didn't perform the job as advertised. He claimed it was too dirty. Even when offering to get it cleaned, he refused to come back.

Worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I gave them a call to unclog the pipes in my house. He wanted to know the exact problem that I was having and I explained it to the best of my ability (I'm not a damn plumber). He complained that I wasn't explaining well enough and that it would be a waste of time to come if I didn't know what was wrong. He told me to find someone else to help me and abruptly hung up on me. It's surprising because their flyer states that estimates are free and yet he had the nerve to treat a potential customer so rudely. How do you do an estimate if you don't come to see the problem?
The funny thing is that they lost a lot of money because it cost me a couple thousand to fix with another company.

After getting an employee out to our house, quoting us roughly $279 for a small part (that costs $10 for a replacement), the employee then came back the next day with the part and changed his quote to over $400. After politely telling him that we would not be needing his services due to the price, the employee angrily started packing up his things and storming out of the house. We thought that that was the end of it, until we noticed that in his huff, he turned off our water and, after hiring another plumber to come give us his opinion on it, apparently the angry plumber snipped our gas line to the water heater, causing this $120 problem to now turn into an actual $450 problem that is now forcing us to completely replace our water heater. After trying to call Bestline back, the man on the line claimed that the employee said he was cursed out and that we were extremely rude to him. This was a complete lie, but even if it were true, is that the appropriate action to take if a customer is being rude? No. Because now we will be forced to try and sue this company for something that was completely ridiculous. Please avoid this company at all costs.

The gas company had capped off a gas line to the chimney to my detached family room (that we never use anyway) due to a leak, but the cap also cut off the line to my water heater and I didn't want to go without hot water at all. Bestline came out right away to fix the line and restore the water heater connection, all on a late night Sunday. My water heater (at least 13 years old) was on its last legs so they replaced that the next day without charge for the gas repair. Great service by Leonard and his team.

Don't waste your time with them. I had an appointment with a 3 hr window, but nobody showed up. when I called the main office in Gardena, they didn't even have me on their schedule. Tried to give them business, but one can't run on that way. Pissed me off, so here's my review - all bad, Get somebody else. Unreliable and don't seem to care either!!
