Company Overview

We provide a complete maintenance services for businesses, featuring cleaning of parking lots, parking lot striping, fixing potholes, removing snow, application of ice melt, janitorial services, plumbing repairs, electrical services, and hot water pressure washing.

We launched in March 1987 focusing on parking lot striping and expanded our services to become a “one call does it all” maintenance provider. We have grown to operate in three states, with our central office in Tennessee and satellite locations in Kentucky and Georgia.

I have been managing this operation since its establishment as a parking area maintenance and commercial upkeep company.
