Company Overview

We offer a full range of services for commercial upkeep, such as parking lot sweeping, striping for parking lots, repairing potholes, snow plowing, application of ice melt, cleaning services, plumbing services, electrical services, and hot water pressure washing.

We launched in the spring of 1987 with parking lot striping and have since diversified to become a single-source service provider. Our company has also expanded to operate in three states, with our central office in Tennessee and additional offices in Kentucky and northern Georgia.

I have led this operation since its founding as a parking maintenance and business maintenance service.
