Best Yet was the third party installer for a Samsung washer/dryer delivered to my property. When they get there there are ""code updates"" they say must be done which required an immediate payment of $200 for these updates (sheet vent and two water hammers). My order had included installation with no mention from either Samsung or Best Yet that it could potentially cost more money. Placing this new information at the time of service puts the consumer at a disadvantage because at that point we just want to be able to do laundry again. In this instance, the dryer was defective and we had to order a replacement. Best Yet is supposed to come out again, however this time they said they said need a new work order from Samsung to come out for the replacement otherwise we would be charged again for the installation - all of which we have already paid for. The work that they do perform seems to be serviceable. However, the details surrounding Best Yet's third party agreement with Samsung for exactly what they are supposed to do are opaque at best. Also, they have not been helpful in assisting us in rescheduling the final install through Samsung for which we are still waiting.

Nick and Brian went above and beyond installing a new Best Buy microwave over our stove. Arrived on time, communicated clearly, and when the box didn't include the right vent adapter, they went back to their own warehouse to find a spare part that fits and does the job perfectly. They took away the packing materials and the old vent hood as I expected, and also our broken old countertop microwave too, which I was a pleasant surprise.

We purchased a gas dryer through Best Buy who subcontracted to Best Yet Installations. They made us pay $600 for a snorkle, some sheet venting and gas line ON TOP of the payment to install from Best Buy. We had an infant and desperately needed to install the dryer as we had been without it for 2 weeks before delivery/ install. They knew they had us and they charged for it too. The job they did looks very unprofessional.

Worst contractor experience of my life.

I also do not post negative reviews often, but I feel a warning is warranted with the job that they did. Very unprofessional.

I highly recommend them for anything from electrical to carpentry to plumbing to AC installation.

Chris is an amazing electrician and stands by his work. He installed my AC and a year later there was a little problem with the coolant and he was there the next day, on a Saturday and fixed it.

Ray and his crew are the only carpenters i will hire from this day forward. They just did an amazing job on removing all of the old wooden trim around the exterior of my home and replaced it all with Azek. As they did the job Ray would point out other things that needed to be fixed and added them into the job. Most carpenters would have just put a band aide over the problem, hidden it and moved on.

These guys get it.

Alex and his assistant Nate Z came out today to measure for a new cooktop and range hood. They were amazing! Alex in particular was the lead and answered all my questions, provided a lot of additional info that I have not been able to get anywhere else (it's a lot of precise measures, and also what sequence to do the electric/plumbing and install, plus replace tiles, etc.-- in short, a complex job). Totally professional, on time, great communicator and most of all really knows the ins and outs. It felt like he really cared to get the job done right. He also went the extra mile and made two phone calls to get more info on some additional issues.

There's a reason this company has so many one-star reviews. Very unprofessional, and don't follow through, just plain sloppy. Made a huge mistake trusting home depot's installers. Got screwed and paid several hundred dollars extra to this company and of course got hit with this bill at the end of the job, If they told me upfront the charge (which was grossly inflated) i would have hired a local professional. Call Home Depot and ask for another install company if they land you with this one. If you get stuck with this installer, ask for any extra charges up-front and get other quotes from a professional installation company. Don't fall into the trap I did.

I had a Samsung dishwasher installed through Best Buy.
They arrived on time, and called me to let me know they were coming. The guys were really nice and very professional. They removed my old dishwasher and installed the new one very quickly. They also updated the power to a GFCI outlet under the sink. After the installation, they plugged in the new dishwasher and determined that the unit was defective. They cleaned up, and coordinated the replacement for me. A week later, two different technicians arrived with a new unit and installed it. Again - very polite, professional, and efficient. Everything went well this time. I would definitely recommend them.
