Just a few weeks within this month, I found this guys name Gonzalo contact info. from Craig list, I see his rates were a little reasonable, so I decided to give him a call which he promptly answered his phone, so I explained him about my situation that I have a clogged patio drain and secondly needed to install a kitchen faucet, I already bought the faucet from home depot just needed to pay him for installation, so I called him on a Monday morning and made an appointment for Saturday morning a week in advance notice just because no one is at home during the morning time to sit and wait for him during the weekday so we agreed on Saturday morning, a day before on Friday he called me that he will come in on Saturday morning but will be one hour late, I called him back and I said it is ok to come an hour late on Saturday morning since I would be at home. Since I live in a condo when i gave my address to him he misunderstood me my unit was B and he went to D location then he calls me and I told him it was unit B any ways I opened the door for him. He installed the faucet and said he will charge me additional $20 for the certain adapter I said ok and go ahead. First of all he took a while to install the faucet very slow man , then I said we need hydro jet the clogged drain in our patio, he did not knew any thing and all the water went in the neighbor house in one common wall, he said I cannot fix this issue it needs a total new connection and needs new line to be connected through the garage, he could not solve the drain issue but still charged me a service fee for his machine to run. he then gave a quote for $2700 for making a new line. So i gave him a check of total $200 which included an installation of faucet labor and a drain to clear which he could not fix. I received an invoice 2 days later with the wrong unit number and no customer name it mentions Resident He has no knowledge of asking customer name in his computer Once he left a few days later I see that the faucet he did was loose also he left a part under the sink which I have no clue. I then called him back a few days later to come back and fix this issue within one week I called. I Told him to come in the afternoon as I am at work he said he cannot come in late afternoons thenI told him to come on Saturday he said he is not available on this Saturday so he is not cooperating with me It is his fault to left the faucet loose and not working with my schedule, So far he has not called me I Iost the $ 200 that I paid. I will be reporting this issue to the Bureau of Business Services abut his work ethics problem and I hope he can read his review because I am not going to get any work from him and I will let people know about his behavior.He was suppose to come today this Saturday to fix the loose faucet he has not called yet. he has no responsibility.
By the way the $2700 Quote he gave was bogus one, I had my own contractor did an excellent job for half of the amount. please be careful when hiring this guy he has no knowledge.

I called my Old Republic Home Protection Company and reported a problem with my toilet in December 2021 and they referred the problem to Best Rooter & Plumbing. I didn't get a call from Best R & P and I called but they said they hadn't received a message from them. Best R & P finally came out 12/30/21 and replaced the flush valve and now the toilet won't fill up with water unless I jiggle the handle. I called Bet R & P and he said he needed an order from Old Republic. I contacted Old Republic and they sent a request to Best R & P and I still haven't heard from Best R & P. It is now almost time for my Old Republic policy to expire and they sent a letter to Best R & P to come out and fix the problem. Still no word from Best R & P even though I have called a number of times.
It's been 3 months and still no call from Best Rooter & Plumbing. Terrible service they don't guarantee what they fix.

Gonzalo saved us from another week with no gas! As the second company sent out by the insurance company, Best Rooter & Plumbing really shined heads and tails over the first company! They were immediately available, not afraid to put in the work that was needed to solve the issue, and nice on top of it. I was SUPER impressed with Best Rooter & Plumbing! Gonzalo was very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. He explained everything he was doing every step of the way. We had multiple breaks in our gas line and he tracked them down and repaired them all so that our home is safe and we were able to get our meter turned back on. He traveled all the way to Twentynine Palms from Yucaipa and didn't complain about the distance, after he had to make two separate trips to diagnose and then repair the problems...one on a Saturday! I would recommend anyone with any type of plumbing need call them! The best experience I've had with a service company in a long, long time! AAA+++

The Home Insurance Company I have sent out Gonzalo who is the owner of Best Rooter & Plumbing, to fix a toilet problem I had. Gonzalo was right on time, and was very nice as he came through my front door with all of the COVID-19 face masks and gloves on. My toilet was not flushing properly, and Gonzalo checked everything in detail. Gonzalo determined that my Fluidmaster in the tank of the toilet was not working properly and needed to be replaced. Gonzalo took his time and nicely replaced my toilet with a new Fluidmaster. He cleaned up everything around the toilet and it works great now. Gonzalo has 20 years experience in the plumbing business and knows what he is doing.

We hired Best Rooter & Plumber to unclog a drain we snaked 4x with a 25' then a 50' snake. The gentleman arrived and immediately determined that a hydro jet was required to completely unclog our kitchen/restroom. After about 30 minutes our plumber successfully uncloged the blockage! He guaranteed his work with a 60 day warranty, huge plus for us as new homeowners! He was very professional and followed all the current COVID procedures. Would recommend to anyone and everyone in need of a plumber!

Let's just start with I did not pick Best Rooter and plumbing it was chosen by my home service insurance plan. The claim was filed of Sewage smell when I turn on my whole house fan on, 5/6/20.
It's so happened that Gonzalo shows up the same time my exterminator shows up or finished. So he inspects the bathroom with an N 95 mask and after it's been bombed with fumigation. With his keen sense of visualization and sinuses reports only mildew smell! I tried explaining multiple times the situation when the sewage smells occur, but he repeated to blow me off with it may be a ""rat that die in the wall"". The man should be working for TSA or as a bloodhound where his skills skills could be appreciated. Be worn, if you have home service insurance this is the only guy that services in this area of REDLANDS. You might have to twist his arm to get any work done or inspection!

I called Gonsolvo to clean out a root and debris clogged yard drain. he showed up on time as promised. He had all of the right equipment and worked until he unclogged the drain. His price was right since it saved me the cost of replacing the drain. He is now my plumber of choice.
