Let me start by saying that I did not pay for these services. These guys were contracted by the apartment complex management to re-do the pipes in all the units (not a small task mind you) but I couldn't be more disappointed in the lack of communication, management, and quality of the work.

Communication (or lack therof)
-They Set-up appointments that they don't intend to keep. ""We'll be there in 30"" but don't actually show.
- Greg forgets that he's a professional and answers the phone ""WHAT? What do you want?"" before realizing that he's speaking to a client.
- Major disconnect between the field operators and scheduler. What is the point of making the schedule if you aren't going to convey it to your team?

Management
- Greg is very quick to throw his team ""under the bus"" from ""Yeah, that Mexican dude is very unreliable we need to do something about it, my bad. I'll fix it"" all the way to ""Hey can you call the drywaller to fix the huge hole in your wall?"" It should not fall on the client to pick up the pieces or worry about the people working on the job.

Quality of work
- I get it this was a tremendous task but had an ACTUAL leader and coach stepped in to guide the workers through this instead of berrating and barking orders, then maybe the workers wouldn't be so stressed out and on edge. Mistakes happen that way.
- Two square holes in the drywall were left and when Greg said he'd contact the drywaller to come by, that never happened. Instead he gave US the number to call. flash forward to today and there are two really nice holes in our kitchen wall.

In conclusion, This has been the biggest waste of time and money on a job that I didn't ask for or spent any money on. Greg, be a leader and your workers will take care of your business.

Highly recommend Best Price Plumbers!!!

If you live in the Palm Springs area and are dealing with the hard water situation we have here. Call Best Price Plumbers. We recently had them install a Nuvo water filter system which included a water softener and a water filter. Stacks was our installer and he did an incredible job. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and answered all of our concerns. He is a valuable asset to Best Price Plumbers! 5 stars, 5 thumbs up for Stacks and Best Price Plumbers.

Amazing service. I had an issue with a main water line coming into the house. They came by, immediately recognized the problem, and gave me an estimate that was substantially lower than the other quotes. Jeff was great and helped make it work despite his busy schedule. Masked, friendly, and fast. Never have I had such great service from start to finish. Office communication was top notch, and when plumber arrived I showed him the issue, and without me even having to say what was happening he described it to me! He had the part I needed, fixed it, had me test it and bam all done.

Best Price Plumbers recently completed installing new waterlines at our condominium complex. We were having some water issues in our unit due to very high water pressure and some other things so we ask Gregg for a quote to connect our unit to the new waterlines as well as install a water softener.

His quote was very reasonable compared to other bids we had received. He was able to start the work a couple weeks later which is exactly when we wanted him to start. He did it while we were away to minimize our disruption.

He had a great engineering solution with minimal wall damage. He also recommended a great drywall guy to us who did an immaculate job patching things up. Now we have perfect water pressure and are very happy with the job Gregg and his team did.

Do NOT hire this company and beware of their shoddy business practices!!

On Thursday, October 15th, I spoke to them to request a plumber, and they agreed for Tuesday, October 20th, between 1 and 3 pm.

THEY NEVER SHOWED UP AND DID NOT CALL TO RESCHEDULE!

I wasted a whole day hanging around for a no-show plumber!

I called them TWICE after they no-showed, and nobody ever responded!
Their phone said their ""mailbox was full,"" probably customers leaving messages to find out where their plumber was?

Their ads say they are run by veterans and are veteran-friendly. I told them I was a 21-year military veteran. They did not even have the courtesy to return my calls or call me back explaining what happened!

I seriously doubt if REAL veterans would treat other veterans like that. I wouldn't, and I'm retired military!

Best Price Plumbing has lost my trust because of this careless treatment.

If your time is not valuable to you, despite COVID, and you like being stood up, by all means, call Best Price Plumbing.

My time IS valuable to me, and I will never call this disreputable lot again because they no-showed after having my request for a week and did not even bother to explain why.

These guys are great !
What started out as re-plumbing the entire house, ended up as remodeling both bathrooms (our idea, not theirs) as well.
They cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day so we didn't have to see it or step over it.
They also live up to their name.
