I had a leak from my garbage disposal. I scheduled an appointment and all went well until afterward. I take some of the responsibility for not doing my homework thus the 3 stars instead of one. The garbage disposal was replaced in less than an hour and cost $385.00. The bill did not separate out the item from the labor which somewhat bothered me. I had to ask for the paperwork regarding the replacement disposal and when I googled it I could not find one good review. All reviews said it is terrible and not worth the money. When I run it, there is clearly a metal rubbing metal thing happening. Doesn't sound right. Why do I feel ripped off?

They came and serviced a gas line for a tiki torch at my home. While their initial estimate was reasonable. When they came, they handled the job adequately, it seemed. However, they never tested their work to see if the gas line actually provided sufficient gas to run the tiki torch. When I went to use it, it did not work. It was a complete waste of money.

A little update to this review of Best Price Plumbers . Had a little issue in my house with a pipe leak. Upon having professional plumbers come and assess the issue.....it appears that when Best Price Plumbers installed my water heater that they did not install an expansion chamber that is necessary to keep pressure from building up and putting stress on your water heater and plumbing system. That doesn't necessarily mean that this caused the problem with my slab leak....but it most likely helped it happen sooner. My understanding also is that the water heater that was installed ...Bradford White....will void the warranty if it does not have an expansion chamber installed along with the new water heater. I will definitely do so much more homework next time ...and will not take someone's word about their experience and knowledge bla bla bla.

I had a great experience with Best Price Plumbers. Stephen actually arrived earlier than expected, quickly figured out the problem and fixed it in about 15 minutes. Reasonable price. Super friendly. Fast. Quick response rate. What's not to love?!

I requested Best Price Plumbers to come to my home for a quote to install a burner in my gas fireplace.
I was given a date and timeframe and took off work for the appointment.
It is now almost an hour past the time of the latest time window and no call, no show.
Thank you Best Price for absolutely no communication.
There are plenty of other plumbers in the valley and I'll be choosing one of those.
Update: And now I get a phone call an hour later from the ""owner"" telling me the plumber would be late.
An HOUR later.
You're SOOOO busy you don't keep records of appointments and let customers know WITHIN the window that you'll be late?
