Technician named Gabriel came over and solved the issue. Very competent individual, wasted no time troubleshooting the problem and took care of it on the spot. Not cheap though, but better than wasting hours and repeat calls. Wished I had known ahead of time that the company is Vet owned and gives fellow Vets a break.

I called and spoke to the owner Nick. I told him I had a clogged drain causing the shower to back up and two toilets. He said most likely it was a main drain stoppage and the price when I asked was $350.00. I asked him why so high and he said it was gas and inflation! That made no sense when I called another service and they are doing the same work for $88.00. So the excuse of inflation and gas is a bit far fetched and feels more like a money grab. I told him thanks but NO thanks. Just because they advertise best price beware!

This company took over my many contacts for my business from my old plumber. They showed up on time , amazing great customer service from there kind and personal service guy ( Gab ) he was so professional and kind in every way. This was an urgent request because I was having new cabinets being installed on Monday. They were beyond over booked because of emergencies all over. They managed to squeeze me in to make may project go forward with no more delay. I very seldom mention when our sub ( contractors ) go above and beyond the call. But even though it was a small job ..... these guys went above the norm ...... they are caring and understanding of the little peoples issues .

I highly recommend Best Price Plumbers! Not only did they live up to their name, but they also went above and beyond when doing the work.

I had a major gas leak at an apartment complex over Christmas week. Greg (the owner) was responsive during the holidays and got his crew working asap so the building could open back up. When SoCal Gas came back to inspect, Greg rushed over to the site to answer any questions and make sure everything was approved.

The crew was very respectful and did a clean job. Another contractor on the site even told me this was the cleanest piping work he had seen.

Let me start by saying that I did not pay for these services. These guys were contracted by the apartment complex management to re-do the pipes in all the units (not a small task mind you) but I couldn't be more disappointed in the lack of communication, management, and quality of the work.

Communication (or lack therof)
-They Set-up appointments that they don't intend to keep. ""We'll be there in 30"" but don't actually show.
- Greg forgets that he's a professional and answers the phone ""WHAT? What do you want?"" before realizing that he's speaking to a client.
- Major disconnect between the field operators and scheduler. What is the point of making the schedule if you aren't going to convey it to your team?

Management
- Greg is very quick to throw his team ""under the bus"" from ""Yeah, that Mexican dude is very unreliable we need to do something about it, my bad. I'll fix it"" all the way to ""Hey can you call the drywaller to fix the huge hole in your wall?"" It should not fall on the client to pick up the pieces or worry about the people working on the job.

Quality of work
- I get it this was a tremendous task but had an ACTUAL leader and coach stepped in to guide the workers through this instead of berrating and barking orders, then maybe the workers wouldn't be so stressed out and on edge. Mistakes happen that way.
- Two square holes in the drywall were left and when Greg said he'd contact the drywaller to come by, that never happened. Instead he gave US the number to call. flash forward to today and there are two really nice holes in our kitchen wall.

In conclusion, This has been the biggest waste of time and money on a job that I didn't ask for or spent any money on. Greg, be a leader and your workers will take care of your business.

If you live in the Palm Springs area and are dealing with the hard water situation we have here. Call Best Price Plumbers. We recently had them install a Nuvo water filter system which included a water softener and a water filter. Stacks was our installer and he did an incredible job.
