I had a backed up kitchen sink over the holidays and Noah came out the next day first thing and got the job done. I had a new house which had an overflowing toilet that completely flooded my bedroom and bathroom! Noah came 30 mins after I called and did an amazing job, taking the toilet off the wall and using a snake on the pipes! He found bottle caps, rubber and even a six inch long brass bottle opener down there which had clogged it all! He was so efficient and wow what a great guy!!! Thank you for fixing the problem!

They advertise 24 hour service. I called Sunday morning with an emergency and never got a callback either Sunday or Monday. I had to go with another plumber who responded promptly. I can understand that they get busy however I think a callback within 24 hours is a reasonable expectation for a business that advertises 24 hour service.

I highly recommend BPP. We had a clogged toilet and Noah came out and fixed it. He was professional and did a great job. That's why we called them when our kitchen sink backed up just a few weeks later. Again Noah was great and got 'er done. Oh and the prices are reasonable.

This is the third time we have used this company within the last two months. Once again they did not disappoint. They were scheduled to be here within a two hour window and I received a phone call stating they would be a few minutes late. They arrive shortly after the call and completed the job in a timely manner. Noah, the plumber did a great job for us. He was knowledgeable, competent and addressed the issue in a timely manner. The company was more than fair with pricing the repair. While I hope to do need them for a long time, I would not hesitate to call them again and recommend them highly. A five star review!

Noah and Mica Were on time, clean and efficient. Both were very personable and explained everything they were doing. They cleaned up after themselves which was most appreciated. Best part was the price! I had quotes from several companies that were ridiculous. The other companies tried to upsell us even after we explained exactly what we were looking for and needed.

Not sure what happened here. Over a few years, I've had a good history with Greg the owner/this plumbing company. This, even after their last plumbing fix for me wasn't done right and water flooded out into the street all night from their fix turned bad shortly after they left, only to be discovered in the morning when I woke up.

Tons of water down the street into a drain pipe. They fixed the issue that next day. Having been in the mix of home construction for decades, I get stuff happens.

When the water bill came, I even just covered the excessive charge on it due to that major flooding at the site of their ""repair."" This to just keep it easy on everyone, to not have to deal with claims to their insurance or parts vendor etc.

So, when I had a water main leak and contacted the owner a few days ago by text and phone, he told me on the phone he'd get back to me the next morning for a time when they could stop by.

Mid day that next day, no call, no text about it from Greg. I sent a follow up text to him, with a pic of where the issue was as I dug out all around it while waiting. Never heard a word back. Another day goes by...and another.

I'll let the friends and neighbors I've told about Best Price Plumbers (and some had hired BPP as a result) to no longer count on them.

What happened? Guess I'll never know.

Maybe he fell down a sink hole.
