Called around and finally went with this place since it was near-by with good ratings. I called and spoke to Heather, who was very helpful in providing all the info I needed as well as setting up my appt for the next day which was great. The tech """"Nick"""" came in the time-frame as they stated and got on the job. He was a nice guy who gave me instructions on what he was doing as well as other helpful plumbing advice for the future. He repaired the shower head within minutes; installed the new parts and was on his way in less than 30min. Outstanding customer service. We will def call in the future if in need of plumbing work as well as recommend others.

We have been using them for years for all sorts of jobs from leak detection to faucet installs to stubborn toilet clogs. They are prompt, polite, knowledgeable, reliable, and, most importantly, honest. They will do Sunday and evening calls for true emergencies without up-charging. We called Roto Rooter once instead of Best Plumbing, were provided a ridiculously expensive quote for a simple job along with a measly 7 day warranty, and ended up sending that tech away without using him. We called Best Plumbing for the same job mid-afternoon, and they came out that evening, charging us two-thirds of the price Roto Rooter wanted. Will always stick to Best Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

Absolutely great service. Was able to schedule an appointment the morning I called. Scheduler is very pleasant. Nick came toward the beginning of the 2 hour window. Very polite, explained everything, fixed the immediate problem and also corrected the shoddy work done by a previous plumber. So impressed I have already scheduled another repair with them.

The most unethical company I have ever dealt with. Completely flooded my house and made me contact my own insurance company. The individual even admitted to creating the flood, charged me $150 for ruining my bathroom and downstairs and then tried to capitalize on the money the insurance paid by coming back to do the plumbing! That doesn't include all the hassle I had with these inept fools to fix the faucet in the first place but trust me it's just as bad as what they finally did. From a dripping faucet to $7000 in repairs. And yes, they still refused to refund the $150 for the work they did to flood the house.

I had issues in the plumbing at the far end of our house between the toilet and the shower. They were able to come out same day. The tech tried many ways to clear the issue and finally had to remove the toilet. He kept explaining all he was doing, which I appreciated. After an hour and a half, all was clear and he was on his way. It was a little more money than I expected, $350, but we are all clear now with no damage to my new floors.
