They have replaced fixtures, remodeled master bathroom, and most recently fixed a broken pipe on the water meter and in every case did a great job. Called in the morning, plumber was there in the afternoon to remove a rusted out sink faucet and install it's replacement. A challenging removal that I as semiskilled homeowner didn't feel comfortable doing myself. Good call - the right person, with the right tools, the right parts, and the right skills got it done right the first time. It would have taken me multiple trips to the hardware store to get what was needed to do this job. Thanks!!

Hired Best Plumbing to install a new shower valve and a new transfer valve. The wall was down to studs so the install could be set in correctly to the depth required for our new tile using the mud rings form manufacturer. The plumber came and did the install and they were not the same. One was 3/4 inch out farther than the other. Called him back and tried to fix and didn't. Tile now Installed and the difference is very noticeable. Contacted owner several times. No response. BE WARE!! Not the BEST by far.

Had a great experience. My call was answered promptly I explained my small job to replace hose bib on outside of the house. Was asked if following week would be ok to which I replied I really need job done ASAP. Held for less than a minute and told tech would be here later this afternoon. He showed up promptly and did excellent work even adding a part to help seal exterior of home. Charges were very fair. I would definitely use them again and recommend.

Best plumbing removed an old kitchen faucet and installed a new one. Removing the old one was difficult, but plumber, Brandon, persevered and succeeded. We are very pleased with his competence and friendly demeanor. We would certainly call Best for any future plumbing task.

Best Plumbing?? MORE LIKE WORST PLUMBING AND DISHONESTY! Now that I have a chance to set the record straight it is time to do so. The plumber screwed up so it took him an extra 30 minutes to fish out the washer out of the kitchen faucet. I got billed for that screw up. I called them the next day since they had already closed. When I explained the situation they did not resolve it. They ignored me. To make matters worse I was billed for an EXTRA HOUR even though the plumber's took an extra 30 minutes! Since the plumber screwed up I should not have paid for it but they charged me AN EXTRA HOUR! I will not use them again. DO NOT USE THEM if you want the same experience I got! My advice is for anyone who does not heed my warning is to NOT PAY a cent till you the home owner are comfortable with paying what is on there. If not, do not PAY ONE RED cent till the bill is redone and a lower price is set!

We just bought a house and, of course, the first thing that happened was that BOTH of our toilets broke and we had a leak in the bathroom. My husband actually searched for the most affordable plumbers and found these guys. They were super helpful and VERY affordable. If you need some type of plumbing fixed, call these guys. They were great!

I had issues in the plumbing at the far end of our house between the toilet and the shower. They were able to come out same day. The tech tried many ways to clear the issue and finally had to remove the toilet. He kept explaining all he was doing, which I appreciated. After an hour and a half, all was clear and he was on his way. It was a little more money than I expected, $350, but we are all clear now with no damage to my new floors.
