I'm writing this based on the professionalism. The 2 men that worked on my mother's sink smell straight like an ashtray. The whole house smelled like cigarette smoke by the time they were done. One of the workers used the bathroom and left the toilet seat up. Going out to your truck to get supplies shouldn't be used as a smoke break when you're on the clock. My mom has cancer and doesn't need the 3rd hand smoke in her house. The work they did was good, but please be considerate of your cigarette habit when you're at someone else's home.

Excellent, prompt service! Got my outdoor sprinkler shut down in the winter and promptly get it running each summer. And always service with a smile! Also very competitive rates.

Joe came out last week for a sprinkler system issue. After making the appointment I was inter the impression that he would be working on and fixing it that day. He told he he had a bigger job that he needed to focus on, and that he would call later that day with a price (Tuesday) and he would be back Thursday morning at 9. He did not show up. I never heard back from him or his office. I called and left messages and did not get a response. I'm sure if he calls back and makes good on his word he is probably pretty good, but when you have an immediate issue that needs attention it's quite a gamble going with these guys.... I wouldn't recommend

I called and asked how much it would be to have a new faucet installed. Was told it was going to be $110. I agreed and had them come out. During the work that they did they told me another part had to be replaced. When asked how much they said it would be about $15 more. At the end of the service I waited for 30 min for my invoice that they couldn't get because the person on the other line of the phone couldn't find the part. They hand me a pice of paper with no total on it and a few things listed in the item list. 3 days later I finally get an invoice by email with a price of 205$. A whole 80 more that I expected. The invoice had 2 new items added to it for 20$ each. Not only that but the 110 turned into 165 because they were there for over an hour. When I called to ask why I was never informed of the new things I was being charged for ( like 2 new parts installed that I never authorized) I was told by Crystal that everything was written on the invoice that was given to me the day of service and just kept reporting that. I asked why I was not informed of the additional work before they did it she said"" oh well he is usually good at telling people"" and that I should have asked what the extra items were on my invoice before I signed for it like I'm supposed to know what all these parts are on this list. For all I knew it was items that he had to use for my $15 thing I was told for. I then asked to talk to someone above her and was told that on a Tuesday no one else was in the office. Plus by the way they charge you an additional 3.5% to pay with a debit or credit card. Are you kidding me? Now I'm stuck waiting for someone to call me back whenever they feel like it so I can figure out why I am being charged for items that I never approved. Hell I don't even know if those parts were even replaced.

Will never use them again.

My one year new water heater exploded all over the garage floor. No shower, no hand washing, no dish washing for 5 days while I struggled with the warranty process. Best Plumbing and Heating from Sparks, Nevada ... worked with my time availability and fitted me in to their schedule today to install a toilet that had been sitting in the bathtub for 78 days. That is a story for another time. From the initial service call to the plumbers at the house and installation time was 65 minutes. Five Star rating is valid

As a small business owner myself I am extremely careful about who I recommend to my customers because it reflects back on me if it goes wrong, so when I say I would highly recommend Best Plumbing to anyone who asks it is deeply serious!! My only regret is that I didn't call sooner! I had a broken, leaky pipe in my sprinkler system. Joe came out and got it fixed quickly, and made sure the system was functional and reset before he left. Best Plumbing & Heating was very transparent about costs, estimate was reasonably accurate - I'm pretty happy to have found a resource for help when I need it.

I had a reverse osmosis installed by this company and they did a professional job. I called several places and by far they offered the best price. Since the minute I called, they seemed honest and helpful. Answer all my questions, I could tell they being truly helpful. I highly recommend using this company.

I was so disappointed with this company.
If you are going to give an estimate, state this is based on hourly.
We hired them to move our plumbing to the side of the house, 7 inches or do they stated $400.
Then we wanted them to move our sprinklers to the grass area because we were getting a pad poured, $100. Nothing stated per hour.
We had decided not to move sprinklers so save on cost.
They showed up today with a bill for over $830 and my husband said we would pay $800.
I sm so pissed. You all were not here for amount of time you stated you were.
Do not use them...I was completed dissatisfied!

Shame on me for not documenting the times they were here!
