Damien and Ryan of Best in the West Plumbing are amazing and they can get any job done! They are super responsive, professional and go above and beyond. I had two leaky sink handles and a constant running toilet. Ryan came right over and fixed everything within three hours. He identified internal plumbing problems beyond the scope of my concerns, went to the supply store for parts he didn't have in stock, returned to stop all the leaks, fix the internal components that were old plus made sure the shut off valves worked perfectly in case of an emergency. He was friendly, professional and worked quickly and efficiently and exceeded my expectations of a service provider. This is my second time using them and I will call them again in the future!

Would not recommend. We had an issue with our hot water heater. They did come over right away, but was here about 5 minutes and told us we needed a new water heater and quoted $1,700.

We got a 2nd opinion and learned it was just a valve that needed to be replaced which costs $70.

Terrible. Put a vise grip on a faucet and totally ruined it. I'll never call these guys again. They have no idea what they're doing. They were recommended by a local referral company, and it was the worst trade man's experience I've ever had. Call these guys at your own peril
