We had put off a big drain line reroute for years. Damien and his team put our minds at ease and explained the whole process so we could understand. His estimate was fair and without any surprise charges at the end. His crew were respectful, polite and hard working. One of the standout's was Ryan, he was an excellent plumber and communicator. We were able to ask him questions whenever we needed and he was always responsive. Bottom line, a job we were dreading turned out to be a seamless experience. Upon inspection, the City of Simi Inspector was also impressed with the quality of work, calling it some of the best he had ever seen!

Ryan and his crew were very professional and friendly. They helped to diagnose the issue remotely and were able to repair our water leak, as well as replace some temporary work we had and add a pressure regulator in a very timely manner.
We liked them so much, we asked them to replace our old cast iron waste pipes the following week. It was challenging work, but they knocked it out in a day. They are definitely our go to plumbers now!
