Damien and his crew were so fast and efficient replacing my main water line! Great price for amazing work!! I was in over my head after realizing my main water line burst.. he came same day and prioritized my house to fix it as quick as possible, even turning my water back on right away so I didn't have to wait on the city to do it. I would recommend them to anyone!

Needed a hose bib replaced. Contacted Best In The West Plumbing via Angie's List. Ryan called me promptly, and gave me a reasonable quote.
He asked if he could come over in an hour. He arrived on time, and wearing a mask (Covid-19 you know). Did the job in about 20-30 minutes. Very pleased with workmanship and service. Will certainly call again when the need arises.

Oh, the joys of home ownership!
We've had a leaky shower for months now, and the problem only got worse. It went from a sporadic drip to a continual flow. We made a few calls, and only got a couple of call backs from plumbers seeing as it was the weekend. We even had #DuttonPlumbing come out for a quote, however they quoted us 3 TIMES MORE than #BestintheWestPlumbing did?! Damien showed up within his time window, was extremely professional and courteous, and got the job done quickly. Seeing as our house is 20 years old, this was not the easiest job to tackle. He did have to cut into the dry wall on the other side of the shower to do his job, however he still patched it up so I wouldn't have a gaping hole in my closet wall until the hubby could fix it. We are transplants to Ventura County so we didn't have any references to go with besides Yelp reviews...
The bottom line is this, Damien is the best there is! He got back to me that same day and scheduled our appointment the next afternoon, was honest and detailed with me about the job, did exceptional work, didn't overcharge me (even though he could have gotten away with it TBH ?), was very professional, and followed COVID protocol to keep my family safe. Living in a 20 year old house means a lot of maintenance issues have been popping up lately but I know my family is covered with Damien and #BestintheWest as our plumbing services provider.
I do not endorse products, services, or people flippantly, so when I say that you're doing yourself (and your wallet) a favor by choosing him to handle your plumbing needs, it's as credible a reference as you can get!

Damien and Ryan of Best in the West Plumbing are amazing and they can get any job done! They are super responsive, professional and go above and beyond. I had two leaky sink handles and a constant running toilet. Ryan came right over and fixed everything within three hours. He identified internal plumbing problems beyond the scope of my concerns, went to the supply store for parts he didn't have in stock, returned to stop all the leaks, fix the internal components that were old plus made sure the shut off valves worked perfectly in case of an emergency. He was friendly, professional and worked quickly and efficiently and exceeded my expectations of a service provider. This is my second time using them and I will call them again in the future!

Would not recommend. We had an issue with our hot water heater. They did come over right away, but was here about 5 minutes and told us we needed a new water heater and quoted $1,700.

We got a 2nd opinion and learned it was just a valve that needed to be replaced which costs $70.
