Would not recommend. We had an issue with our hot water heater. They did come over right away, but was here about 5 minutes and told us we needed a new water heater and quoted $1,700.

We got a 2nd opinion and learned it was just a valve that needed to be replaced which costs $70.

I've used this company in the past and recommended them as well. Called Monday morning because my water heater stopped working. They arrived within 2 hours and I only needed a part a not a new water heater. I had hot water within 2 hours and the price was very reasonable, as always. Terrible. Put a vise grip on a faucet and totally ruined it. I'll never call these guys again. They have no idea what they're doing. They were recommended by a local referral company, and it was the worst trade man's experience I've ever had. Call these guys at your own peril

I had a toilet overflow issue at the house while everyone was away. Sooo, needless to say, I came home to drenched (not soaked, but DRENCHED) tile and carpet flooring. I called Best In The West Plumbing first and foremost and, guess what? Damien demonstrated why they are Best In The West for plumbing services. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also noted things I should / need make repairs to.
