This high rating is for Borjiny who fixed our air conditioner. He was persistent on making it work with calls to the central office. He figured out what to do on his own. It took several attempts to get the right parts. He also endured cleaning snakes off the motor.

Don't use. Dishonest sales approach. We had a stoppage in the main sewage line. They arrived quickly. The first issue was that they claimed that they could not go through the connection to the city sewage line to our main sewage line to unclog the drain because the lines only ran one way. They attempted to look for a clean out but couldn't find it. Next they said they would have to remove the toilet to unclog the drain and put a camera down. The starting price was $900. They would wave this fee if the job got required more work than just unclogging. One man worked hard to remove the clog while the other man who claimed to be the assistant supervisor worked hard on his sales pitch. The camera did show a few roots had grown into the line. They then suggested that they could reroute the section of the main sewage line instead of removing the palm tree or digging below the palm tree. Rerouting the sewage line, creating a bend, probably isn't up to code and would lead to future issues. The sales person was quite good at talking around all of our concerns. They wanted $11,700 to reroute the outside sewage line and clean the line out otherwise there was some slight residue. We never saw a quote and were never asked for an email to send the quote to. Wanted me to sign and pay half down without seeing anything in writing. Don't trust them. We stopped all work with them.

Best Home Services was professional, on-time and courteous from beginning to end. I would happily recommend them for any plumbing jobs as that was all I needed them for this visit. They installed a new sink in my kitchen remodel and installed a water line for my new ice maker. They cleaned up after themselves and based on the overall experience I would highly recommend them for any of the services they offer. David Wilson, Port Charlotte.

Do NOT do business with this company!!! Initially they didn't show up on date provided and then they overcharged my CC for a """"yearly"""" membership which was NEVER discussed with me. I am disputing the charge with my CC and I will NEVER recommend them or use them again.

Had stoppage in sewer lines. Get Beat Home Services to arrive. On the phone at 3:10 pm Patrick told me that he'll need to run camera, find problem and fix it. He also told me that it will be hard to do since drains have """"lift"""" installed. Quoted $738. I thought it's complicated, hi-tech equipment must be used -ok, do it. It all was a lie. All he did get his snake thru 105 ft to clean stoppage, run water for 15 minutes and left. All together hour to hour and a half tops. Not bad gig $780 for less than two hours, ha! When I asked Patric after he finished he started give me fishy answers, get aggravated when I pressed and dropped call. Not good, suggest toot to use this crooks.

But for Mr, Meeks, I would give you a One star. Why won't you provide me with a receipt and itemized bill as promised by the first pair of installers? I need them for Warranty and future buyers. My full comments were discussed with review submitted to The Better Business Bureau.

Can I give ZERO? Had out flow (pipe that takes waste water from home to sewer) blockage. Called around on a Saturday for help. After 5-6 calls I had the misfortune to find this joint who was willing to come in 2 hours. $49.00 to come look at problem was soon turning into a yearly contract of $4,000.00 My blockage was fixed for $1,100.00 It amazes me their review here is 2 1/2 as opposed to their almost a perfect 5 when you look at their site. I smell a rat. In all, a lesson learned.

Paid them a lot of money an still no refund. 4 working days later still no refund . I was told I need new breaker an wiring. Cool today came an fixed the 1 breaker that was bad . Glad cool today was honest.

Update: #1. They agreed to repair the drywall for free. I was told it would be a crew, and should be done in one day. One man was dispatched and, despite him working his butt off to try, I now have to take an additional day off for that. I also have to take a day off for them to come back and repair my toilet which was broken during the repair. Things happen, and the worker apologized adamantly, but its just yet another day off. #2. They agreed to refund the money for the filter we were sold but later learned we didn't need from the THIRD technician (who incidentally also spent an ENTIRE day doing punch out work to get it passable for codes. After the inspector came and passed it, I received a phone call telling me they would mail my check when I updated/deleted my review. After pushing back, I was told it would be mailed out. Still haven't received it and that was last week. #3. The electrical-the only part I was sure was good, failed inspection. So we waited for ANOTHER tech to come out to correct that. Now I have to be off another day for the inspector to come back. I'm up to almost a week's worth of extra days having to cancel plans/jobs to make sure I'm here for the next band aid to be applied. This is ridiculous. Later today I will be making a phone call to the BBB, and calling an attorney. My patience and my whole family's patience have reach the limit. We have had to live in chaos through all of this. I'm done.
