But for Mr, Meeks, I would give you a One star. Why won't you provide me with a receipt and itemized bill as promised by the first pair of installers? I need them for Warranty and future buyers. My full comments were discussed with review submitted to The Better Business Bureau.

Can I give ZERO? Had out flow (pipe that takes waste water from home to sewer) blockage. Called around on a Saturday for help. After 5-6 calls I had the misfortune to find this joint who was willing to come in 2 hours. $49.00 to come look at problem was soon turning into a yearly contract of $4,000.00 My blockage was fixed for $1,100.00 It amazes me their review here is 2 1/2 as opposed to their almost a perfect 5 when you look at their site. I smell a rat. In all, a lesson learned.

Paid them a lot of money an still no refund. 4 working days later still no refund . I was told I need new breaker an wiring. Cool today came an fixed the 1 breaker that was bad . Glad cool today was honest.

Update: #1. They agreed to repair the drywall for free. I was told it would be a crew, and should be done in one day. One man was dispatched and, despite him working his butt off to try, I now have to take an additional day off for that. I also have to take a day off for them to come back and repair my toilet which was broken during the repair. Things happen, and the worker apologized adamantly, but its just yet another day off. #2. They agreed to refund the money for the filter we were sold but later learned we didn't need from the THIRD technician (who incidentally also spent an ENTIRE day doing punch out work to get it passable for codes. After the inspector came and passed it, I received a phone call telling me they would mail my check when I updated/deleted my review. After pushing back, I was told it would be mailed out. Still haven't received it and that was last week. #3. The electrical-the only part I was sure was good, failed inspection. So we waited for ANOTHER tech to come out to correct that. Now I have to be off another day for the inspector to come back. I'm up to almost a week's worth of extra days having to cancel plans/jobs to make sure I'm here for the next band aid to be applied. This is ridiculous. Later today I will be making a phone call to the BBB, and calling an attorney. My patience and my whole family's patience have reach the limit. We have had to live in chaos through all of this. I'm done.

Our drama has been going on since May of this year. Husband called this company to come out and run a gas line to the pool heater and the grill. They came out quick to give him a quote, then wouldn't show up. Long story short, Don't use these people...they are scammers, liars...you never talk to the same person twice, everyone makes up prices, and the gas line they ultimately finally put in and hooked up did not pass inspection! We are still dealing with this company to get a fair invoice which is another issue...can't get an invoice either! .... so we can pay them and get rid of them. Now we have to get someone else to re-do the bad work done already.

Stay Away. Received quote for work, called back 2 days later to get work done. Long story short I called 3 additional times to get work done, never received call back to get work done. HORRIBLE. Ryan Evetts is unprofessional at best. It was supposedly escalated to Mananger but still never heard back. Don't wast your time.

I needed a hose bib faucet replaced. Best came out, said it would be over $300 and that they would need to remove the cement around the faucet. They also said they would not replace the cement/fix the hole. I called another company, they came out, replaced the faucet. They had to remove the cement around the faucet but they fixed it when they were done. Total cost? $150. I usually get 3 estimates when I need something done. I don't think I'll bother with Best again.

This company is only good at one thing, Taking advantage of people. How is it If you do not have the product on the truck to fix the problem you were call for, How could you charge $100 service call when no service was preformed !!!

called Best Home Services for help with my garbage disposal. Live alone so I was a target. With no knowledge of electrics I was duped ...my serviceman said I would need a new Panel and quoted a price of 4,000 but murmured that it could go as high as 5,000 or 6,000 depending ..that is if he could talk his boss into it. I did not take the bait and have a new panel installed today by a licensed electrician who assessed my needs and all for a little over 1,ooo ...quite a difference from the above cited quotes. The gentleman was courteous, knowledgeable and told me what I did not need. Got everything up to par and I am grateful. Do not dare call this company up who, by the by, does not have hard copy receipts but you, if you do not have a printer, must go to the library and print out your own? How's that for customer disservice. So save your breath and your money on this company I rate this company as 0

I should always check Yelp before I hire any business... lesson learned. Billy came out to fix my toilet which wasn't flushing. He said he would have to """"rebuild the toilet"""" and he didn't know if he had the parts because my brand of toilet was """"terrible"""". He proceeded to tell me all the different things that were wrong with my house and what I should do about them. Couldn't intelligently explain why I had these problems he identified. Then, he tells me it's going to cost $290. I said how did you arrive at that price and he couldn't answer me so I said I would speak to his office in the morning . He called his manager (I guess that's who it was), he spoke to him for a minute or 2 then I took the phone and I asked """"how do you arrive at that price."""" He said it was a flat rate???? Then he asked if Billy told me the price before he did the work and I said no! So apparently Billy told the guy on the phone he did tell me; so he lied.
