Michael was great...called him close to 7pm for our water heater that went out and he came out that evening within the hour to take a look. It was toast and he was able to rearrange some things to get a new one installed the next morning. AMAZING!! Being without hot water with a family of 5 is no bueno and Michael got us hot water in no time at all. Would definitely recommend Michael and will contact him again if we have anymore plumbing issues. THANKS AGAIN!!

My family and I moved to Brentwood right before Christmas. Our house we bought had some small plumbing problems. I found Michael here on yelp and decided to give him a try since he had really good reviews. He has been very prompt every time he has came and talked us through everything he did. Each time he came we found more work for him. Each time he said ok. I can come back and take care of it for you. Luckily he also has helped with just some handyman work also. I had back surgery less than a month ago and can't do typical tasks like mounting a tv. Total I think he has been here 5 times and has taken care of every problem we have told him about. Yes it would have been better to tell him about everything at one time but if you've ever bought a house you know there are always things coming up. He is now part of the family. We will continue to call him for any issues we have. He has been courteous and thorough. I highly recommend him to anyone. We are very glad we went with him and his yelp page to start with. We can't thank him enough. He did a the type of person you want to know. He has made our move to Brentwood even better. Thank you very much Michael

Michael did an excellent job uninstalling and installing 2 toilets. His pricing is very fair and he came out on the appointment time slot. He was very reachable by phone on questions and appointment. He was very easy to work with and did an excellent job overall and cleaned up after completion.

I would recommend him and his company again for anyone doing plumbing.

Mike is an extremely knowledgeable plumber, and charges a very fair rate. We had a leak in our garage, and multiple plumbers came in to look who really weren't sure of the cost to fix. Very unsettling. Mike instantly diagnosed the problem and solution, and gave me a great quote. He completed the work quickly and haven't had an issue since. Many plumbers who come out for the bigger companies are very inexperienced. Don't waste your time with anybody else, you'll only get worse service at higher rates.

We saw water leak coming from the ceiling of the first floor of our house. It was a Sunday evening so was worried that no one will answer my call, but Michael did and he assured me that he will come out early morning Monday.

He arrived at 9:30am and he politely placed booties because we had carpet on the first floor, he inspected the area and immediately noticed where the leak was coming from. It was from the washer door.

He was vey honest for a fact that he told us that we probably dont have any pipe leaks and just need to change the washer rubber.

Will definitely call him if we get any plumbing issues in the future!

He bought the equipment, installed it and took away the old material. He was very professional and personable.

I called late Monday evening because of a water heater issue. He gladly came over and helped us out immediately. Very professional and also friendly.
He will definitely be our go to plumber moving forward.

I called Michael for an estimate to remove an old bathtub and install a new one. We set up the appointment for a Sunday evening (I was hesitant to do this because it was a Sunday, but he said he had a job going on that day and could stop by afterward, so I went ahead and scheduled) between 4 and 6 pm. Because I was busy all day Saturday (demo...ugh), I had forgotten what time was agreed upon and couldn't find the paper on which I jotted our time. I called Michael Saturday and left him a message asking to confirm our appointment. He never returned my call. This was my first red flag. I found my ""note to self"" telling me when our meeting was and wasn't too worried about the missed call because I knew when to expect him.

Sunday afternoon at 3:15, I texted Michael asking if we were still on for 4 - 6. An hour later, and 15 minutes into our appointment window, he replied to my text with an apology, saying he couldn't make it because he was still on another job. I said I understood and and asked him what day would work for him to reschedule. He said Wednesday or Thursday. I said late Wednesday or any time Thursday. He opted for Wednesday, 5p-7p and I agreed, but later on, he asked if he could come earlier, between 8 and noon. 8am was too early for me, so he said between 9 and 10 am. I didn't really want to take this time slot as I work 12 hour (+/-) shifts overnight but really wanted the estimate, so I said yes. He confirmed and said he would text me when he was on his way.

Well, it's now 11:55 and I've heard nothing from him, so I consider this a no call/no show.

Maybe my job was too small and insignificant. Maybe he is just way too busy. Maybe he had some sort of personal emergency. Maybe he was abducted by aliens. Maybe he was kidnapped by gypsies. Maybe he fell into a black hole. But for me, the Best Defense is a good offense, and I have contacted other companies for my estimate and job.

I kinda figure if Michael cannot be bothered to call, text, send a carrier pigeon, use smoke signals, use a megaphone, send a morse code, use drumbeats, yodel, skywrite, or how about just show up? for an estimate, I should be very suspicious of the job he would have done for me.

Maybe I dodged a bullet. Maybe he just had a bad day. He probably does fantastic work, but alas, I will never know because obviously his time was more important than mine and I never had the pleasure of meeting him and hiring him
