We are where we are today because we keep our word. I run Best Builders LLC and am also the President of The Finest Place Inc., focusing on property investment and development in commercial sectors. As CEO of Florida ALF Inc., I oversee an assisted living facility in Cape Coral, Florida, celebrating nine years of operation without deficiencies. I also partner with Leverage Global LLC, which is expanding into the assisted living sector. I grew up in Arkansas and Missouri and earned my degrees from SWMSU and BBCS in Springfield, MO. Since college, I have been a business owner and have consistently worked for myself. From 1986 to 2001, I owned Value Builders Inc. in St. Charles, MO, where I replaced asbestos pipe insulation in 66 Coca-Cola plants and completed projects from Nashua, NH, to Honolulu, HI. Following that, I moved to Hawaii and established Value Remodeling LLC, remodeling over 1,400 homes in an 11-year span. Additionally, I constructed 11 UPS stores throughout the islands.
