Please check out all our reviews on Yelp; some may be removed. Since fall 1988, we have been in business, working across Missouri. We are licensed in multiple states. Our success comes from following through on our promises. As the owner and operator of Best Builders LLC, I also serve as the President of The Finest Place Inc., a property investment and development company focusing on residential projects. I lead Florida ALF Inc., an assisted living facility in Cape Coral, Florida, which has successfully operated for nearly a decade without any deficiencies. I also partner with Leverage Global LLC, which is expanding into the assisted living sector. Having been raised in Arkansas and Missouri, I obtained my degrees from SWMSU and BBCS in Springfield, MO. Since college, I have been a business owner and have consistently worked for myself. I owned Value Builders Inc. in St. Charles, MO, from 1986 to 2001, where I abated asbestos pipe insulation in 66 Coca-Cola plants, completing jobs from Nashua, NH, to Honolulu, HI. I then relocated to Hawaii, where I founded and operated Value Remodeling LLC, renovating more than 1,400 homes over 11 years. I was responsible for building out 11 UPS stores across the islands.
