Our success comes from honoring our commitments. As the owner and operator of Best Builders LLC, I also serve as the President of The Finest Place Inc., a property investment and development company focusing on commercial projects. As CEO of Florida ALF Inc., I oversee an assisted living facility in Cape Coral, Florida, celebrating almost a decade of operation without deficiencies. Additionally, I am a partner in Leverage Global LLC, a company entering the assisted living market. I grew up in Arkansas and Missouri and earned my degrees from SWMSU and BBCS in Springfield, MO. Since college, I have been a business owner and have consistently worked for myself. From 1986 to 2001, I owned Value Builders Inc. in St. Charles, MO, where I abated asbestos pipe insulation in 66 Coca-Cola plants and completed projects from Nashua, NH, to Honolulu, HI. I then relocated to Hawaii, where I founded and operated Value Remodeling LLC, building more than 1,400 homes over 11 years. I also built out 11 UPS stores across all the islands.
