This is the second time Best Bay Plumbing has helped me out, and both times they were such a pleasure to work with. Abel (owner) is so nice and professional and resolved the leaking problem I had. Alright y'all -- this is the real deal if you're looking to work on repairing pipes, leaks, plumbing, etc.

I reached out to Best Bay Plumbing and Rooter, and Abel promptly responded to my inquiry. I needed to replace my water heater and called around for a few quotes -- Abel's pricing was most competitive and based on his professionalism, I chose to work with him and his team.

Abel and one of his guys arrived the next day on our agreed appointment time. He assisted me with selecting the most cost and energy efficient water heater suitable for my small home. They replaced the unit and ensured everything was compliantly secured. He walked me through step by step around the replacement process, and happily answered all my questions (and trust me, I had a lot! haha). Both of them were incredibly knowledgeable and courteous to work with. Once the replacement was done, they cleaned up everything and took my old water heater with them.

The process was quick, painless, and most importantly -- affordable. In this day and age, it can be challenging to find quality specialized service companies for competitive pricing.

I would definitely recommend Abel and his team to all near and far. He covers the South Bay including Morgan Hill and Gilroy also.

Abel came and installed us a new water heater in our rental unit. He was responsive on text and came on time. So all is normal, many new vendors will do just that and happy to do the first job. But what makes him a 5 star is his reliability after the job is done. Very few vendors do that nowadays and for that, he is highly recommended. A+

He gave us 6 year warranty and about 9 mo into it the pilot doesn't work well, keep going off maybe like 2-3 times/week. He came to repair it once and after that, he came again and this time, replaced our entire defective unit with a brand new unit under warranty.
