We have been using Best Bay Plumbing for over 3 years now. We discovered them when we needed a sump pump put in. We had a few companies out and Best Bay was beyond a doubt the most professional, friendly, and competitively priced. Since then, we've used them several times for various jobs. The owner, Abel, is wonderful to work with and responds very quickly to requests. His technicians are efficient, thorough, and friendly. All of their work has been stellar. I would highly recommend this company!

Our water heater stopped heating. The pilot light was out and we were unable to restart it. Able, the owner, sent Sergio to check things out and fix whatever was needed on a Saturday morning. The technician arrived on time, did a thorough inspection, took care of the problem. He also suggested ways to improve the longevity of the water heater. AND- the price for all this was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future whenever in need of a plumber.

This review is long due and well deserved. We were looking someone to install water recirculation pump, we found Abel's team from yelp and the experience was great. When our toilet start to leak, no doubt we called Abel's team again. Abel's team took care the leaking issue, reinstalled my entire plumbing system and offers 15 years warranty at a very reasonable, compatible price, and they also fixed extra small issues with no charge. Every time we have plumbing related tasks, the team always able to fix it within a day or two. Beside the quality service, they are always prompt, polite and patient, it is very pleasant to work with them.

Our brand new Bosch dishwasher continued to get an error code E:24 watertap which generally indicates a clog somewhere in the lines and which prevents the appliance from draining. We cleaned out the air gap and inspected all the hoses and lines but couldn't find the problem ourselves. We contacted Best Bay and Abel set us up with a very prompt appointment. Eddy came out for the appointment as promised and inspected the entire unit and all the lines carefully. He didn't find any issue that would cause the error message and thought we should probably contact the manufacturer directly to make sure there was no internal issue with the dishwasher itself. As it turned out, the line to the dishwasher was likely kinked because after his reassembly, the dishwasher worked perfectly. Fingers crossed that it continues to do so! We were very impressed at how carefully and thoroughly he checked everything to make sure that the plumbing was working correctly. Almost always that's the culprit with this sort of drain problem so that's where you want to check if you have this kind of issue.

I really appreciated that every communication from Abel (my contact at Best Bay) and my experience with Eddy was positive and helpful. They are nice people and they know what they are doing.
We will definitely contact them for all our plumbing needs going forward!

We needed to have our main water valve changed because it was old and did not close properly. Best Bay Plumbing send me a message really fast after I asked for quote and suggested that they could come the next day. Communication with them was easy and they came in puntually. The plumbers were nice and polite and got the job done fast. I highly recommend them for your plumming needs.

Abel was extremely responsive and out of 6 other vendors I contacted he offered the most competitive rate. He confirmed availability right away and his team was nothing but professional, proficient, and extremely pleasant to work with. They replaced 2 toilets with new ones and we're done in less than an hour. Bonus point- wore booties without us even asking. 10/10 would 100% recommend and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Our garbage disposal began leaking and within a days notice Abel was able to come out and assess the situation. Within less than 24 hrs we had it replaced and a functioning sink again. He understood the importance of the turnaround and helped get us back up and running. Great communication and quick, through work. I first contacted Best Bay Plumbing when the tenant leaving my rental property had jammed up the kitchen sink garbage disposal with coffee grounds. I had a new tenant moving in soon and needed the system fixed urgently.
Abel, the owner showed up the next day, discussed options and provided clear pricing. He did a great job replacing the unit and also went the extra step of educating the new tenant on properly operating the garbage disposal.
Since then I've used his team several times - to install water softener/filtration systems, bidets in toilets and fix issues in showers. Each time the quality of work has been excellent and the pricing fair.
