Used this company for my furnace repair and was extremely pleased with the expertise and repair. Easy online booking, technicians were courteous of Covid protocols and wore protective equipment on their shoes as well. I was given many options and quotes for how to best service my unit and never felt oversold or pressured into any costly fixes.

Hiring a doctor, dentist, lawyer, auto mechanic or AC/heating person is always a challenge. Who do you trust? Who comes recommended? Who won't lie and try to upsell something you don't need? I have a wary eye. My fears were recently put to rest with the brilliant service I received from BEST Air Conditioning Plumbing Repair. Specifically tech, Khoder Hachem. I rarely write reviews but I had to this time. Khoder went through every inch of my house and explained every problem with logical, inexpensive solutions. He even ran wires in my attic to get my new, wireless NEST thermostat installed and working properly. Again, at a highly competitive rate for the value I received. Can't recommend Khoder and BEST enough. 5 stars from me.

I have been a client with Best Air and Plumbing for almost 5 years now, and I will definitely not call anyone else! From my kitchen sink flooding at 10pm, to a 1am phone call about something burning out in the attic portion of my ac/heating unit, they're always prompt and professional. Most recently Mike Scavetta was here to install my new dishwasher, and he was professional and thorough with explaining the process and the things he had to do. I always appreciate that the company will also send a photo of the technician who they are sending, so when they come to the door I have peace of mind that the person there is who it is supposed to be!

Was in need of getting my plumbing checked due to a couple of weird noises heard in the middle of the night. Called the next day and got an appointment the following day at a reasonable time. My assigned technician named Mike called to let me know he was headed to my house and would be there in about 30-40 mins. Upon showing up Mike assessed the possible issue then checked the water pressure which was at a very high level. Turns out my Pressure Regulator needed to be replaced which returned my water pressure back to the normal level. Mike was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in addition to providing me with information to stay ahead of maintenance issues. Great service!

The worst thing happened last night with the neighbor knocking at my door at 5AM. Thought the baby was loud crying, nope. It was my garage gushing with water and my neighbor trying to be a Good Samaritan.
You know I'm on Yelp a lot. And when I caught my eye with BEST air conditioning and plumbing I saw the family oriented, courteous and most of all down to earth technicians!
I called the same day this monstrosity happened in the early morning. I was lucky enough to get an appointment right away even after business hours. I was connected with Mike. I was sent an email and picture of their agent as soon as I was confirmed and appointment.
Mike came at the beginning of the arrival window and was completely professional and a pleasure to work and chat with! Turns out he knew of my work based on the big posters in my garage. Almost forgot why he had to come in the first place I enjoyed his company so much!
Mike fixed the culligan soft water loop and bypass and checked my pressure and softener levels. He did all that faster than the expected time and my daughter even had time to make him a thank you card!

Our upstairs a/c unit stopped working in the middle of the night, luckily we have a downstairs unit so we were able to get though the rest of the night. The next day we called Best and they were able to come out sooner than expected, we are so grateful for them...Chuck took the time to explain why our unit gave out. We appreciated the knowledge ! Brandon came out today and fixed our hot water heater. He turned back on the pilot light and everything is working. I've dealt with other plumbers in Vegas and this guy was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend best plumbing.
