My family was serviced by David (Air conditioning) and Mike (water plumbing). Both professionals exceed my expectations through their service for my home and built values through education. I wish I could afford the air conditioning replacement, but we opted for temporary repairs for the moment. I hope to upgrade out systems in the future when we are more financially stable, but I am convinced my family will utilize their service forever. Cannot say enough good things about this company. We called them on an ""emergency"" when our AC went out in the middle of summer. The service tech, Robert arrived within a few hours and got our AC running again. Robert was very professional and knowledgeable in his field. We also used the same company to check our plumbing, mainly our water heater before it gave out, as it was nearing its lifetime. Mike S. performed a thorough plumbing inspection, answered all of our questions, and presented us with different affordable options to replace our water heater (he went above and beyond on getting us a discount). Mike was also friendly, on-time, and was very knowledgeable. We're very happy with the services provided, and we're now a loyal customer.

I initially used this company because my AC went out. They came out within hours of me calling and set me up with a temporary solution for 24 hours until they were able to install a new air conditioner. I also had a plumbing inspection and they were able to fix a multitude of issues for me. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Everyone that I interacted with, from phone calls to 'in person', were nothing short of professional and courteous. Brandon, Mike, Matt and the entire team have been just wonderful. I would not hesitate recommending them for any of your plumbing or air-conditioning needs..

This place is more expensive than I'm used to paying. $95 diagnostic fee, $200 to run a snake through a sink, $475 for hydro jet and $300 to use a camera, and this wasn't for a mainline stoppage. The plumber was very polite to his credit. I won't use them in the future. A bit of an up sell. Ultimately I only tried the snake which didn't work due to the building's configuration and not the fault of this plumber.

Ok so my garbage disposal went out on the 4th of July weekend. So you know plumbers were scares Mike came out and did the repairs at a reasonable price. Not only was he reasonable he was thorough in the job that he did. Super friendly and and all around good guy. If your looking to have your plumbing problems eliminated without costing you and arm and a leg ask for Mike.

I had Best AC come out and diagnose my AC which was making a noise.
The motor they replaced 10 months ago was the issue and they made a repair. I wasn't comfortable with a repair so they replaced the motor no questions asked. I have used them many times and will continue to do so...

In short: Honest company. Ask for Mike!

I'm a young homeowner in an older home. I act (and admittedly look) ripe for scamming. Despite this, Mike helped me save money, didn't use any scare tactics, and above all else; treated me with respect. Unlike most of the other service men I've been forced to deal with in Nevada, Mike looked at like a person, not a paycheck.

He was sent in to help fix a leak, but I had him look at all of the worrisome locations in my home. I wanted to know his agenda. I expected high price tags and low-key threats, but none came. He gave insight only a master could know, told me how I could fix the issue, and left it at that. Not once did I get the usual ""Just trust me on this."" or ""I guess you want to pay thousands later rather than hundreds now.""

I quietly did research on everything he said, and Mike never took advantage of me. He even called THE OWNER of the business to get me an even better price!

Vegas can keep its ""AC Kings"" and ""Pipe Masters"". I'm sticking with the Best.

PS: It's Mike, not Michael. I heard they have both...

Mike, Nick and Matt did a great job with my water softener installation, pipe cleaning and all the other repairs. They took extra care to be sure everything was done correctly and helped me with an additional small issue. They were courteous and professional and took the time to explain how the softener functions. Great job.

Mike S. just replaced our garbage disposal in our kitchen. He worked quickly, efficiently, and made sure the new pipes he installed worked correctly. He also cleaned everything after and made it look like no one had even been in our home.

I've used Best AC and Plumbing before, and they are the only company I will ever use. All their staff-- from the receptionists that schedule the repairs to the technicians that come into the house-- are some of the nicest people I've ever dealt with. I'm always confident that the work was done perfectly with the best possible products available. You never feel swindled. A lot of other businesses could learn from them.

I highly recommend Best AC and Plumbing to anyone. They are always great, and Mike was no exception. No one ever wants to deal with home repairs, but it is good to know that a company out there is working hard to maintain incredibly high standards. Well done.

Mike S was our plumber and did an excellent job. He gave us a reasonable quote and got to work. The initial problem was the downstairs toilet was flooding from the shower running upstairs. Mike worked until we had water to at least take showers. He ran into some unexpected problems with the sewer. Stayed until 11:30 pm to make sure we had water. Came back the next morning to finish up. Very happy and will be calling Best Air Conditioning in the future.
