Bergeron Plumbing failed to show up for a job that had been booked two weeks in advance, then just made excuses and refused to come because I was frustrated with them. This impacted multiple people in our building because the water had to be turned off for other residences to allow them to do the work. BEYOND FRUSTRATING!

I had a problem that started on Sunday, December 30 and reached out to Bergeron. Dave called me right away and walked me through some things and texted with me for quite some time. He even suggested getting a product that might relieve the problem so he wouldn't have to come out. Who does that? He did. He told me that the next day, being New Year's Eve, was quite busy and that he'd get me squeezed in. They showed up around 10. I would absolutely call them again.

Bergeron Plumbing is our go-to plumber. Whether it's a leaky toilet or new installation, they get the job done. We had a shower replacement where the new unit was defective and had to be returned it to a big box store. Apparently the previous plumber had taken short cuts so we had to do a quick re-design. Bergeron came to our home multiple times during this lengthy process. I will attach photos of the completed projects.

Had a leak in my shower. Dave was quick to respond to voicemails even after hours. Assured me over the phone what he believed was the issue. Joe came and fixed the problem quickly but was thorough. Also referred a contractor to handle the drywall and mold issues. Referral was also a very helpful company. Would definitely recommend.

This was so disappointing that I should reach such an arrogant and condescending businessman. Sent service inquiry via Bergeron website on Thursday evening. Got quick phone call back. Had okay conversation, but was told to call back on Monday when he sets up his schedule and can give me a time. Call back today. At first he didn't seem to remember but then back full force. He reiterated what he claimed was the quote he had given me on Thursday. It was higher and included $25.00 pick up fee to get the toilet from Home Depot. His first conversation said simply he would pick up the toilet at Home Depot and said nothing about an additional fee. Also he quoted a higher price commode. I challenged him that prices are not the same. He became condescending. I told him to cancel the appointment. He responded but I honestly don't remember what he said right now. I strongly suggest you find another plumber who has a better attitude and really wanted work.

Called several companies on Thursday to get quotes on a new water heater. Bergeron's price was fair, and he said they would do the install on Saturday. Perfect! Justin showed up first thing, very pleasant and knowledgeable, and installed my new heater quick easy and clean. Would definitely recommend them and use them in future. Great job.
