Called several companies on Thursday to get quotes on a new water heater. Bergeron's price was fair, and he said they would do the install on Saturday. Perfect! Justin showed up first thing, very pleasant and knowledgeable, and installed my new heater quick easy and clean. Would definitely recommend them and use them in future. Great job.

This was so disappointing that I should reach such an arrogant and condescending businessman. Sent service inquiry via Bergeron website on Thursday evening. Got quick phone call back. Had okay conversation, but was told to call back on Monday when he sets up his schedule and can give me a time. Call back today. At first he didn't seem to remember but then back full force. He reiterated what he claimed was the quote he had given me on Thursday. It was higher and included $25.00 pick up fee to get the toilet from Home Depot. His first conversation said simply he would pick up the toilet at Home Depot and said nothing about an additional fee. Also he quoted a higher price commode. I challenged him that prices are not the same. He became condescending. I told him to cancel the appointment. He responded but I honestly don't remember what he said right now. I strongly suggest you find another plumber who has a better attitude and really wanted work.

Bergeron Plumbing of Delray never disappoints. They do good work. I have called them numerous times for different plumbing jobs in my home. They keep appointments and are always on time. They are courteous and clean up after the job is done. I had to call today for an urgent issue. A pipe w/spigot for a hose that I use to wash my lanai broke due to workers damaging it while installing a new screen porch frame. They bumped the pipe near the spigot, separating the pipe from the spigot joint causing the pipe to leak. Bergeron Plumbing sent Brandon to my house within a half hour and he had it fixed promptly. Wow, Bergeron you're awesome! Thanks!!! Don't hesitate to call Bergeron Plumbing!

Justin arrived an hour earlier than agreed for the appointment, great. He completed the job in less than 20 minutes and the cost was very reasonable. Used Bergeron a few times recently. Highly recommend.

My 3yr and 1 month STATE SELECT water heater starting leaking. I wasn't sure if Bergeron installed it, but, since I found their business card in my drawer I called them early in the morning. They sent someone out at 2pm, he told me that it was under warranty and he would have to go to Boca to pick up a new one...He shut off the water and drained the water heater, then left. He came back around 4pm and when he opened the box, the water heater had a BIG DENT in the side. After calling someone he said that he would come back in the morning with a new one.....I didn't have hot water until the next day and had to cancel an early appointment....Two men showed up the next morning and it took 1/2hr to install. The Bill was $295.00 for installation alone since the heater was under warranty....$340.00 if I used a credit card since they pass the fee onto the customer....I think this was really HIGH for an installation that should have taken 1 1/2 hr including getting the new heater. Needless to say I won't be recommending Bergeron to anyone on my Nextdoor Neighborhood site....I'm just happy to have hot water again!

Bergeron Plumbing is the BEST!!!! They take the best care of customers, they are VERY knowledgeable about any plumbing issue. They are VERY responsive, professional and can handle any residential or commercial plumbing needs. I will never use another plumber besides Bergeron!

When people say there is a first time for everything very rarely is it actually true. I called burgeron plumbing for slow drains, I was immediately given an idea to try before the costly drain snakes and service call. Mind you, the company I called first gladly scheduled but decided to not show for the $400 job. I took dans advice and it worked, he not only saved me $400 but this will now be the first plumber I call when I have a real plumbing issue. Honest businesses still exist and this is one of them. Thank you!

My water heater was rusted and started leaking, so I called about 5 different plumbers in the Delray area. Spoke with Richard at Bergeron. He seemed reasonable and gave me a quote over the phone of $795 including the tank, plus $75 for the permit. He scheduled someone to come out tomorrow morning between 9 and 11. I'll update this review after the work is done... OK, next day. Jeff showed up at about 10:30. He had a tall tank with him; mine was a short tank. So he had to replace some pipes so everything would fit. Dave, the owner, also showed up and lent a hand. They didn't charge extra for the pipework. Other plumbers I had called mentioned an extra charge for that. They finished their work before noon. The new tank looks great, and the pipework is slick. They charged me exactly what they had quoted, and Jeff was a very personable guy. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thanks guys for a job well done.
