When people say there is a first time for everything very rarely is it actually true. I called burgeron plumbing for slow drains, I was immediately given an idea to try before the costly drain snakes and service call. Mind you, the company I called first gladly scheduled but decided to not show for the $400 job. I took dans advice and it worked, he not only saved me $400 but this will now be the first plumber I call when I have a real plumbing issue. Honest businesses still exist and this is one of them. Thank you!

We had a leak identified in the ground from the water meter to the house. The leak detection company recommended Bergeron Plumbing. The plumber came out early the next day and repaired the water pipe. All of this occurred 2 days before Christmas! We are thrilled that this much needed repair happened in a timely manner. The repairmen were quick and finished in just a couple of hours. Thank You Bergeron Plumbing!

Bergeron Plumbing is our go-to plumber. Whether it's a leaky toilet or new installation, they get the job done. We had a shower replacement where the new unit was defective and had to be returned it to a big box store. Apparently the previous plumber had taken short cuts so we had to do a quick re-design. Bergeron came to our home multiple times during this lengthy process. I will attach photos of the completed projects.

They installed my water heater maybe 6 months ago. They were fast, efficient and I could not have asked for a better representative of Bergeron Plumbing. 6 months later I found I did not have hot water. My A/C evidently froze up and water leaked into where the thermostat is located and burnt out the thermostat. After calling Dave he sent a technician by and I was instructed that the part is burnt out and I will need to replace my water heater again because Dave could not justify a warranty on the water heater and it would be another 800.00 to replace a brand new water heater. My A/C guy came by to repair my A/C and looked at the water heater and saw it was the electronic part to the thermostat that was bad. He told me to go to my computer and he gave me the part number and for exactly $20.74 I replaced the part and now have hot water. Dave was not the most pleasant when I spoke with him today being very defensive as to why he wanted to replace my water heater again. His reasons were the insulation was wet and he did not want to be responsible if the heater went on fire etc. I felt the insulation when the man was here and it was only damp where the cover to the thermostat was. So after 5 days of no hot water I fixed it myself. I am sorry because I really thought this company was trustworthy and honest and now I see different.. be cautious they are great to start with but do not expect anything after they take your money... Had a wonderful experience with Bergeron Plumbing. Hired them in May 11, 2021. The plumbers Clay and Justin, adviced me to call American Leak to pinpoint the location of the leak. American Leak found the leak in the laundry room. Bergeron fixed the leak at a fair price. Will use them again

This company is terrible. The plumber asked for cash payment, then 2 days later when the problem got worse said he was coming back to fix it but never showed. Several calls, said he was returning, never did. Problem escalated leaving me looking for help elsewhere. Don't call this company they are disreputable

Called several companies on Thursday to get quotes on a new water heater. Bergeron's price was fair, and he said they would do the install on Saturday. Perfect! Justin showed up first thing, very pleasant and knowledgeable, and installed my new heater quick easy and clean. Would definitely recommend them and use them in future. Great job.

Bergeron Plumbing is the BEST!!!! They take the best care of customers, they are VERY knowledgeable about any plumbing issue. They are VERY responsive, professional and can handle any residential or commercial plumbing needs. I will never use another plumber besides Bergeron!
