Ben is always the guy I want on the job, and for the past couple years he's been quick, responsive, and a professional at the work I've needed him to get done for me. He's the local guy that always has your best interest in mind - for example this last testing work he did, he noticed that whoever performed my last sprinkler testing forgot to turn the system back on! He truly caught & made a life-saving fix for us, which shows his professional knowledge and attention to what's going on around him. Thanks again for the great work and conversation, Ben, see you next year I hope!

My wife and I became home owners about 5 years ago and, of course, our water heater died shortly thereafter. I don't remember how I found Ben's Plumbing, but I'm glad that I did. They were helpful, got us a new water heater quickly, and patiently answered all my questions. (I know almost nothing about plumbing.) Another time they came to help with some basic drain cleaning, and gave me a bunch of tips on how to deal with some faucets myself. Just tonight I had a problem that had me shut off all water in the house. Ben diagnosed the problem over the phone, and has me flushing toilets again. Plumber's grease. It's magic. Almost as magic as Ben's Plumbing, who I will continue to call whenever water isn't doing what I want it to.

Ben's Plumbing was great. We needed to replace our 13 year old water heater, fix an leaking outdoor faucet and unplug the pipe feeding out kitchen sink and dishwasher. All done in one day - with no mess or fuss. I appreciated that they wore masks and left the house clean and dry.

Ben's responded quickly to a small leak that had developed. They quoted us a rate to find the leak (which they promptly did with a minimum of opening ceiling/wall space). They then quoted us a rate to repair the leak, and then proceeded to do a fine job. Highly recommend.

Ok, it's one year later and I searched my credit card statements to find this particular plumbing company again. Basement floor drain backing up into basement !! I had already snaked my drain, poured baking soda/vinegar and boiling water down drain. No progress!

It's a Sunday, left a message. Got a call back from Ben. If I could give him 10 stars I would. He had me describe the problem, run water, flush toilets and describe water movement.

He diagnosed that my P trap was probably plugged and what I needed to do to get my house drainage up and working again. I will call back tomorrow to get an appointment to get my P trap cleared.

Ben is my favorite person in the world today. I highly recommend him

Ben's Plumbing is AWESOME! They are very responsive, very flexible, very communicative and great to work with! The team had great knowledge and provided suggestions over the phone to attempt to unclog a pipe. They were able to squeeze me into their schedule and it was great because they helped resolve an issue before it became a larger issue. Brian came out and helped provided some preventative support as well. Great, honest people and I recommend them 1000%!

Needed a backflow test required by the city. Called for an appointment and spoke with Vera who was super friendly and Ben showed up the next day. He went the extra mile and fixed a couple little things he noticed in our utility closet. He will be our go-to plumber from this point forward, especially since he was a genuine guy and is familiar with radiant heating systems, which is hard to come by. Thanks so much, Ben!

Ben gave us a fair quote and fit us in to his already jampacked schedule. We actually got many compliments on how great the plumbing looked from other contractors.
